Dropped off a package for UPS and was treated like a nuisance. I had already attached the shipping label - there was nothing to do but scan the package and exchange pleasantries. The latter of those two tasks was not at all forthcoming. I thanked the man and literally stared at him until he acknowledmy existence.Normally I don't review - but should. My philosophy: in the Smartphone age your products and services need to be spot on or get out of the way for someone who is able. We all have cameras in our hands and reviews at our fingertips. Time companies learned.Hopefully the next one will be positive.

Went in for a photocopy. Service was extremely fast and professional, highly recommend! They were happy to help me in English.(they have modified hours at the moment, you may want to call before you go)

I highly recommend this graphic design establishment for all your copy needs. We had an invitation created by Pascal" that exceeded our expectations. Pascal was generous to offer novel ideas and show us a proof before printing multiple copies. Ask for Pascal if your French is rusty because he is helpful in both French and English."

Je ne suis pas du genre à laisser un avis. Toutefois, j'ai eu affaire à cette entreprise à quelques reprises et malgré un service rapide, j'ai eu droit, lors de mes trois expériences, à un service, ma fois, plutôt désagréable. Je n'aurai pas laissé cet avis s'il avait été question d'une anecdote et j'ai à coeur d'encourager les entreprises de mon quartier. Bien tristement, le service à la clientèle est ici plutôt frustrant. Je n'y retournerai plus, malheureusement. Je mets quand même 3 étoiles pour la rapidité du service, la qualité d'impression et le frais raisonnables.

This was better-than same day! Quality was great staff were great. I expected a 3 day turn around and they had it done in 1.5 hours. I can't get that service in my home town!
