I had an extremely disappointing experience with this law firm. Not only did they do a poor job handling my case, but it was also clear that they were more interested in wasting time to collect money rather than achieving any meaningful results. It was abundantly clear from the outset that they knew my case was not a winning one, yet they still accepted it just to extract as much money as possible from me.Even more frustratingly, in the middle of the proceedings, another lawyer confirmed that my case was not winnable. It was already too late by then since I had already retained this law firm. Despite this, they kept pestering me with calls and emails requesting documents that had already been submitted on the retaining day. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, and it was apparent that their only goal was to keep repeating themselves and collect more money.To add insult to injury, the lawyer assigned to my case was working on an affidavit, and even though it required only a minor adjustment, he doubled the hours on the invoice. I felt cheated and taken advantage of, and I would never recommend this law firm to anyone looking for legal representation. They are only interested in taking advantage of their clients and should be avoided at all costs.Furthermore, I sent multiple complaints to the law firm regarding my experience and requested a review of the invoices, but they completely ignored me. It's concerning that they would brush off their clients' concerns and continue to behave in such a dishonest and unprofessional manner. I urge anyone seeking legal representation to avoid this law firm at all costs. Their behavior is unacceptable, and they clearly have no respect for their clients or their clients' hard-earned money.

Truly very dissatisfied and disappointed with the services. Pls don’t hire them. My paralegal was inexperienced but good to take my calls. The services are for one time fee and then can drag along. My last response I got from them was on 11 April 2022. Nothing resolved and nothing happened.

Michelle Haigh and Sophie Hunt were amazing. I was left scrambling for a paralegal last minute to deal with a small claims matter after an awful experience with a lawyer. Because of these two women I had a less stressful experience and was able to settle in advance and avoided having to go to court. Would definitely recommend!

Very inefficient and short staffed, you will be lucky to hear from the lawyer by email or call. If you do, you will be charged by minute of their time based on $200+ hrly rate.If you have a small claims court issue just do it yourself. It's not difficult to learn the process as it is all online in govt website. The lawyer who represented me at the trial had zero preparation for the case and was just present with virtual background on in a zoom call. I ended up speaking most of the time to the judge. The lawyer had little to no value addition to the whole process. It would take them months to title search for a property that can be done in minutes by someone who has access to land registry (such as real estate lawyers).Don't waste your money and time

Very poor service! I had an issue with a tenant and the paralegal from Precision backed out a couple of business days before the hearing. The consultation was poor as well. The lawyer did not listen to our facts.I consider this a lack of professionalism. Regardless I was able to solve the case without him. Do not recommend.Reply to Owner: I agree the paralegal did not retain us. The free" consultation however was very poor. The paralegal did not listen to our facts completely. My sister did not agree not to retain you but it was the paralegal that did not see the need to be at the hearing since he was sure the case was going to be dismissed. He told us to come back after it was dismissed. All is done now

I would tell anyone to avoid using their services. We had a problem tenant with a complicated situation and I feel the advise we where given delay us getting him evicted. Our paralegal did not listens to the details that where important in understanding the whole situation and needed them re-explained several times billing us for time needed to re-explain. It would go for days and weeks (at one point 5 weeks) without the paralegal answering emails and calls. They forgot about one of our online landlord tenant board meeting and only jumped on the call after I called his office to remind him.I would also get texts after each bill in the middle of the night asking me to rate their service". Which was very annoying because I was already losing sleep over dealing with he tenant and paying top dollar for this service.On top of all that we where paying the premium rate for a experience paralegal"

I am 62 years old and on Canada Pension Disability, I had hired Precision Paralegal to help me with a legal matter. After reading that their costs are reasonable, I had explained to them that i am on a limited budget. They assured me that they will be keep that in mind and try to keep the costs down. I had sent numerous emails requesting to know the costs of going to small claims court and was promised an answer, only to get charged for each email and did not recieve a response. (this was the beginning of my nightmare) In june, we began working on a claim, which again I enquired about the cost with no reply, later that month I received a $2,000.00 Invoice! As I am on a limited budget I pleaded with them to lower the cost but was met with resistance. After spotting several billing mistakes I have now been given an ultimatam. They will reduce it by appoximately $800.00, however I have less then a month to pay over $1,553.00, when I only get $1,030.00 for rent, food,. I am so upset and I wish to warn anyone who reads this to please be careful before using their services. As for my legal matter it was never completed, now I have to choose between paying my rent and eating or paying them. If i do not pay them within the next month it will go back to over $2,000.00. At 62 and on disability, this will put me on the streets. Please be careful before hiring precision Paralegal services

Had a consultation with one of the workers. I was told I would be emailed the details and what would be next. Never got a call. I called back and explained the situation to another worker and was told to expect a call soon. Didn't receive a call. I then called again and was told the message would be forwarded to the employee I initially talked to so he could reach me. I still didn't receive a reply. When the potential customer requires help through a though time, they showed their lack of professionalism. Do not go with them if you have a better option.
