Je suis allé une fois pour la tonte de mes chats et le travail était impeccable. Aussi l'heure du rendez-vous a été respectée et le temps de travail n'a pas été trop long. Il me semble aussi qu'il y avait une pièce fermée pour la tonte des chats ce qui est toujours apprécié pour réduire leur stress. J'ai tenté d'aller voir ailleurs" récemment et j'ai été très décu par le service alors je resterai fidèle à Louise à l'avenir! Merci!PS: ce commentaire était pour l'ancienne proprio Louise. C'est plus cher qu'avant (obligation de donner un bain) mais le travail est encore bien fait."

I’ve been a client there for 3 years, going once a month religiously for my dog. I believe nancy’s tired … I missed my appointment today that was an honest mistake. I called to apologize and take a new appointment, she then told me she payed employés for my bichon and that she wasn’t going to take me as a client anymore! I’m beside myself! Unfortunately she’s not professional at all, even after I offered to pay the difference. Maybe she’s got to much money now that everyone has an animal. Plus she just hung up on me as I was still talking trying to offer to pay. Wow

Mon vieux carlin Niki (17 ans) se fait toujours traiter aux petits oignons, avec plein de considération et des mots doux susurrer à l'oreille . Service d'une grande douceur. Je recommande fortement le Toilettage Nancy!

They only shaved what needed to come off our cat and didn't make it into and expensive appointment. They also squeezed us in their schedule so the knots wouldn't get worst.
