Their sales person Farid, misguided me saying that Subaru ascent is the most reliable car and was not aware of any of their unreliability issues or transmission issues. Kept pushing us to come test drive and indicating that they don’t reduce pricing on the car and on top of it have 2 charges (Doc fees and Prep fees).

If you are in need of a new or used car, this is the best place to go.A family friend recommended me to go see Natalie and she took care of me and my wife the entire time. From sending us multiple pictures of the 2 used cars we were interested in, to making sure they were both prepped for the test drives, She made the entire process comfortable for us.

Big shoutout to Herman and the team! We had experiences dealing with a few other Subaru dealerships in the past, I have to say our experience doing business here is the best. Herman helped us on trading in our car at a very good price and getting the Outback XT Limited we liked. Fair and upfront from the beginning, no hidden fees or markups, very professional and patient throughout the entire process. Jennifer at business office is also very helpful and did a great job at explaining everything to us. Full 5 star rating, will be referring all my friends who wants a Subaru here in future!

I recently had an unfortunate experience at a Subaru dealership that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I visited the dealership hoping to resolve an issue with my trailer lights, which were not functioning properly. Unfortunately, my encounter with one of the service representatives, Johnathan, and the subsequent service provided were far from satisfactory.Upon explaining the problem with my trailer lights, I mentioned the possibility of a fuse being the culprit. To my surprise, Johnathan promptly warned me that there might be a diagnostic service charge of $160. Seeking clarification, I inquired whether I would be charged such a substantial amount for a simple fuse check. Unfortunately, his response was dismissive and repeated the statement without addressing my concerns directly. This initial interaction set a negative tone for the entire experience.After waiting for a lengthy two hours, I returned to the service desk, only to discover that I was indeed charged $160. Much to my dismay, the issue turned out to be a blown fuse, a problem that I had specifically requested them to check. When I confronted Johnathan regarding this matter, his response lacked accountability and left me dissatisfied. He callously stated, Subaru didn't blow the fuse!" This response not only disregarded my valid concerns but also failed to provide any reasonable explanation for the charged amount.Furthermore
