This huge store has everything you’ll need to make your party fun, themed and memorable! We ordered the balloons the night before and they were beautiful and ready on time. Staff were friendly and willing to help. I’d definitely recommend this location!

This store is clean and brightly lit. The staff here are helpful. There can be items in the wrong shelf space or thrown on the ground. This is due to careless customers though. I find that this location can get extremely busy. The wait time gets worse if you need to purchase balloons. You wait in line forever to get balloons, even if you've called ahead of time and pre-ordered. It would be great to get a better system in place for this. Overall, not a bad place to find a costume piece or pick up some party odds and ends.

This is a great Party City location, in particular if you're looking for balloon arrangements. The staff are super friendly and they can help you design a great looking ballon arrangement for any occasion. They are typically well stocked as well. They have a very large parking lot so always easy to find a spot.

Nice staff but... I bought a helium tank lay night, blew up some balloons and this morning already had 2 on the floor. By 6pm they are all on the floor already.... don't know why I threw away 50$...I see a lot of comments about this helium tank... why isn't the store doing anything about itUpdate: contacted the store and they sent me a gift card to compensate .

The female supervisor working evening shift on Fridays screams at the employees while the customers are on the floor. It’s quite embarrassing that they don’t even feel ashamed treating their employees poorly out in the open like that.
