Today, we had the pleasure of visiting the Red Seal office in Mississauga. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist (whose name we unfortunately did not catch). She was kind and helpful, setting the tone for the rest of our visit. Our experience only continued to improve as we worked with Linda, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Overall, it was a delightful visit and we left feeling very satisfied with the service we received

I'm a repeat customer of this location. The service is quick. My last visit lasted under 15 mins. David is the polite gentleman who helped me. There is plenty of parking in the front, on the side of Burnhamthorpe, but you have to pay. You can also use the parking garage at the back and that allows you at least 30 mins of free parking. Be careful when you come down the elevator to go out. It can be a little tricky

I visited the Red Seal Notary twice for my parents’ fingerprinting. They are very professional and take all the clients very seriously. Due to my father’s old age, his fingerprints did not go through after multiple tries, for which I was advised by them to visit again after a few days. This time David handled my father very patiently and worked with him until the time all his fingerprints went through just fine. I am very satisfied with the services. Thank you!

I will never use this service again! Red Seal Notary set up an appointment with a Notary Public in my area which is Oakville. When your customer service team notifies a Notary about an appointment, if the Notary declines the appointment or doesn't respond within a certain timeframe, then it would make sense to contact the client so that they don't waste their time showing up for an appointment that was never accepted, in this case, me. Somehow, this step was entirely forgotten by your customer service team, and when I contacted a customer service representative that the Notary wasn't responding to calls and messages when I arrived, I was cast adrift and given a couple of names and numbers to call for other Notary Publics in the area who were to busy to even bother responding to me within a reasonable timeframe for a request that was urgent on my end. I would have appreciated being informed about the appointment not being accepted prior to the so-called appointment so that I could have made other arrangements. A collosal failure on the part of your customer service team!

This was my first visit at Red Seal Notary at Mississauga location and perfect one. It was recommended by a friend and it did meet the expectation. David was very polite and ensured all the info and activities were done correctly.

David, took good care of our documents! Very professional prompt and courteous. Easy in and out and the parking is free for 1 hour. Good office environment and very friendly personnel.
