How can you unblock your account? I have called 5 different times. One guy with a heavy accent asked a question and then said, "you have 15 seconds to give me the answer. I am at a loss. My ID and password are not accepted. I cannot get a new account. I have been transferred or given a different number to call. Who are these people? I was very polite the entire time."

I've been waiting for now the second month for them to send over my child's money so he can eat and have his essentials. For the past couple months I've had to ask family for help which I feel terrible about.

I am trying to request the Certification of Canadian residency" for 2022 and I am still not getting anything from mail after 4 months with two attempts. This office is not open to public and there is no phone no we can call ..... what kind of government service is this for Tax payer ?!"

Crapiest services ever! I sent in my direct deposit form and they threw it out.. I haven't received any of my government cheques since December yet supposed to get them every month.. I'm owed some money from them

Worst service. Just waited 3.5 hours on hold to be told they don't know where my CCB is and to call back next month if I don't receive it again. I cannot pay my rent now. I cannot buy food now.
