I bought two pair of little girls gold and crystal earrings with special screw backings to stay on better and not dig into tender ears. Unfortunately, in spite of checking the earring backs at bedtime every night the backing fell off and one was lost. They offered to try to get me another set at cost" which is generous of them but they don't guarantee the quality of the earrings. Even the extended warranty won't cover loss due to the screw not holding. The backing was on tight the night before. Since talking to them there is a second backing missing. So I'm out 150 dollars two days before school picture day. Great."

It's a chain store so you know what your getting and being one of, if not the largest jewelry retailer in Canada you know they are going to stand behind what they sell.I was quite impressed by thier prices too.

While the in store staff was cordial, overall I’m disenchanted with service. May 24,2022 The wristband on my $1000 Bulova watch broke & the seal had failed & water had got in. It had to be sent off to Ontario for estimate… Pre COVID, this would have been expedited in store but corporate safety measures removed all tools & technicians from retail locations & redirected to head office. Aug 31 estimate received: $400 OK go ahead I said. Oct 13 watch ready for pickup. After 5 months, I was excited to have my watch back. When I picked it up, absolutely nothing had been done, and the paperwork showed a third party jeweller in Ohio.What the hell? Now my $1000 watch is useless & possibly worthless, because other jewellers won’t touch it.

Stopped in yesterday and waited to see some jewelry. I waited and waited, which I didn’t mind since they were busy with other customers. What bothered me was standing there for almost 25 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. I eventually left. I work in the customer service industry and if I’m busy I’ll say hello and tell customers I’ll be with them as soon as possible, then they are fine. Totally ignoring me is just plain rude!!!

I really like Shannon, Miguel, and everyone else at the store.Shannon knows what I like, and exactly what might be tempting.She was very skillful at helping me trade up to something that I love!I was able to trade one ring for another, and use all of what I paid for the first ring, against the purchase of the new item. It was 50% off, and with my trade in, more affordable than I first expected.Don’t get me wrong, still a lot, but an amazingly beautiful item!Use the trade in program, because it is truly awesome!Thank you Shannon.
