Dr. Antony Ham Pong

Like a production line.Tried to explain too the Dr. that I was receiving allergy shots from Allergy Canada and that they contained cat mold etc... And that I wanted too be tested for additional allergens. So it ended up that the sirum they sent to my Dr, had less of cat ,mold etc... I'm not sure what type of in house lab they have. But I reordered from Allergy Canada. Because over the past year my allergies have flared back up.

Doesn’t deserve even one star, bad experience with this Dr. (If we can name it a Dr.). Not listening to his patient and no explanation, you are treated like a number. Very bad experience, I will never go back and I don’t recommend it.

The receptionist was kind and worked quickly. Very friendly nurse doing the trays of allergen skin tests. Dr Ham Pong was very knowledgeable and patient with my baby. My baby started to get fussy while we were talking and he pulled out one of his own toys to try to make her happy. Yes, you have to pay for parking but it’s a small price to pay when you get free healthcare. Office space is tight so I recommend bringing your smallest stroller of leaving it in the hallway when you go inside. I was very nervous going to this appointment and walked at very much at ease. I had a great experience and felt the care was spot on.

Very efficient doctor didn't keep us waiting, the tests were quick and the end result was a diagnosis of my daughter's issue after 5 months of feeling sick. I recommend this allergist.

The receptionist was lovely. Everything was streamlined and effective. I was there for allergy testing. I was in and out within an hour. Dr. Pong is well informed and kind. Since I'm from out of town, he gave me an appointment with an early afternoon time so I could make a round trip.

I don't know why all the bad reviews. Dr Yee was awesome, quick, and kind. With patience for my 8 year old. My son said he was even funny. Only took a week to get an appointment (he even called personally at home on a Sat night to confirm) compared to months elsewhere as I've heard. 5 stars from us. Thank you Dr Yee

Dr. Ham Pong was able to rediagnose my asthma treatment in the span of about five minutes and prescribe an inhaler that reduced my symptoms to nothing. Yes, the process was a bit of a rush, and yes, he could definitely use a larger office space, but the fact that I can now sleep through the night without waking up wheezing or run to catch a train is worth the five stars alone. Thanks doc!

Dr. Antony Ham Pong is the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. I asked the doctor to confirm whether I needed to bring my 9 year old son, who is experiencing allergies for the first time, in once a week for shots. Dead silence. I thought the doctor hadn't heard me so I asked again. His reply I don't answer questions that the nurse has already explained". I was shocked.The doctor was also incredibly flippant and rushed

Dr Ham Pong is a wonderful doctor. I've been treated by him since I was 4. I had an allergic reaction to something and was hospitalized for 4 days. No one could figure out what it was. Dr Ham Pong figured it out immediately. And I had many other immune issues and attacks from 4 to 15 years old. And I always had sensitive immune system and flare ups of odd things. Dr Ham Pong always took great care of me. Made sure my mom and I understood exactly what was going on. Always answered her or my questions. He's actually quite funny and a really nice man. It's unfortunate that some have had a bad experience. I just wanted to share mine. He saved my life. And I'm grateful I was sent to him. A.D.
