We recently had End of the Roll in Penticton replace our floors after we had some water damage. Blair Fenton did a great job of offering advice and flooring solutions that best met our needs. He gave us as many samples as we wanted, and offered nice big pieces so we could really see how the floors would look. End of the Roll is ICC certified and Blair is their Restoration Specialist. This was the first time we have had an insurance claim and Blair made the process effortless. The floor installation and transitions are absolutely perfect. We love our new waterproof laminate floors!

This has been a great experience from the start. The advice and Communication through Tony is really good and he has been super accommodating at working with our timelines and changes. The guys that dropped off our flooring were very professional and kind. Riza is our installer and he’s incredible! If you can request him…..I would highly recommend it! Overall it’s a great experience.

Tony and Josh were amazing to work with. These guys really know their stuff and helped me find the best flooring possible my installation.I ended up spending more money on a quality LVP, but I saved a small fortune in preparation (self-levelling cement) and labour.Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Josh (manager) was always available to answer any questions and ensured the job was completed to my satisfaction. He delivered on everything promised. Their vinyl and carpet installers (Ryan and Ken) are top notch. I definitely recommend the Penticton End Of The Roll team. I’m a very happy customer.

Josh and his staff were incredibly knowledgeable regarding their product. When dealing with Josh he gave me numerous options for our installation needs which helped my wife and I make the best decision for our installation. Josh was honest and fair regarding the cost and provided us with options that suited our budget and personal needs. Josh was also very responsive and accommodating whenever I had questions after we had purchased our flooring and was very intentional about keeping us up to date while waiting for our product to arrive. Josh and his staff are also very personable and customer oriented. I highly recommend End of the Roll.

Not recommended ...Unless you can purchase your entire amount of flooring that your need and take it with you IMMEDIATELY. Do not give deposit and get in line and WAIT for their installers.....The supposedly in stock" flooring that you bought will be gone by the time it's your turn to have it installed. You will get a TEXT few days before your scheduled install that your flooring is now " back order."...for another 10 days. DECEPTIONS never END at End of the roll...."

Josh was amazing to deal with, he made sure we had a wide variety of samples to pick out our engineered hardwood floor. Communication was 10/10 and Ryan the installer was always on time and did an amazing job installing our flooring.
