Fusian Sushi
Came for work training and was craving for Asian food. So stop here for a hot soup noodles as the weather is very cold. Not authentic but at least it has a thick pork belly meat and hot soup served with seaweed and green onions gave the perfect look as a Japanese ramen. Squid pancake is also crispy and tasty.

What a unique Tuna Tar Tar! Sure it was delicious and expertly prepared but the star was the flavour of the Taro Nori side chips! Put them together and the dish is more unique than the many high-end spots that serve this.And the Forks Market is a MUST visit where everyone can get what they want from kids to seniors, picky and adventurous eaters alike!Highly recommend this spot.

The panko chicken rice bowl was fantastic! I feel that it could’ve used a little more sauce however, as it was a pretty dry dish. Luckily, it comes with a side of miso soup.

I went to Fusian Sushi to order one of their ramen bowls. It was alright. The ingredients were all pretty fresh and the presentation was excellent. I found the broth a bit overly rich, just not my preference. I prefer the ramen at Yujiro on Grant Avenue, but this one is just okay. The lettuce wraps were much better in my opinion, and again, the ingredients were pretty fresh. The open dining area is really nice and you always have the option to order a beer from the bar at the far end of the fall or browse around for a good dessert from one of the other vendors.

A nice hidden gem in the city. The wagyu beef in the menu is a nice welcome, and the price isn't out of reach. The atmosphere is nicely contemporary and feels very classy. The presentation of the dishes are superb. If oysters are your preferred dish, then Tuesdays are the ideal time to go. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

absolutely amazing the sushi tacos were so good I could have had double my seared tuna roll was equally as delicious. definitely will visit again

I like that this restaurant is located at the Forks Market, so you can get your food and choose any place inside or outside to enjoy it. I ordered Dynamite Bento for $21. The order was served relatively fast. They take your phone and text you when it's ready. Everything was fresh and tasty.

I was so sad to hear that the restaurant is now closed. I loved this place, and Chris is a genius❣ He makes the freshest and tastiest dishes ever❣These were my dishes. I highly recommend them. The twist on the dynamite roll, which is the cucumber on the outside absoulte genius. The salmon wraps are to die for. I just melt into puddy, eating the food here. Thank you, Chris and staff, for always being amazing❣ Your amazing food and wonderful atmosphere will be greatly missed by me as well as many others.
