Just purchased a Square Yard bag of soil and found out they do not want their empty bag back. I even offered it back to them for free just so they would re-use it to reduce garbage. The man I talked to said that I can return the empty bag to them but they will just throw it in the garbage. They just lost a customer and I will pass this info on. No problems with the soil but very dis-appointed with their environmental practices and not caring about their carbon footprint"I have purchased soil from other suppliers and they take their bags back to be re-used.I won't be a customer here anymore !"

First of all the guy I dealt with in the yard was very nice he gave me all the incorrect pricing but was nice. Also the delivery guy was also nice. The guy on the phone who I believe is management was nothing but rude! The price I was given in the yard was very different once it came to paying and the guy was rude to me about it. They dropped large stone off on the wrong day in the wrong place blocking my only car in. They came and moved them but he was very rude about having to do this. I ordered 6 rocks 5 of which were actually delivered I never recieved a receipt so now I have to track that down. Did I pay for 6 and only get 5 I will never know. Nothing but a headache.

I ordered from this company twice for two DIY projects. First, each time I called I was able to talk to someone and didn't have to leave a message. They were able to answer my questions and recommend the correct product. They delived quickly. I asked for the second delivery as soon as they were able to and it was delivered in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Wow. What execellent customer service. A young man assisted me as soon as I got out of my truck. Polite, courteous, efficient!!! Had me loaded with top soil and bagged some seed for me in a flash. Will definitely be back. Very impressed.
