great fast service. Shuttle to and from Kelowna airport was seamless and quick. car was clean and drove well. It was a Nissan Rouge. The even found my cell phone and called me right away to return!! would definitely use them again.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Super accommodating and fairly priced! They always have cars available to suit your needs, and their customer service representatives at the front desk are super friendly and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone travelling out west for a weekend! The car we had was amazing for our trip and we will be returning customers when we head back out this way!

ALIGO saved us as we couldn't find any vehicles available to rent from the airport. Koshi gave us the best service, he even drove us down to the airport after we returned the car. Very recommended.

Great the rent car store. It was second time when we took their service. Very friendly and professional staff, great park of the cars. Close to the airport. They have shuttle to pick up from the airport and bring you back. Thank you so much for your service. Strongly recommended!

I can not recommend Kushi and his team more! Phenomenal customer service and overall experience. Quick and easy pick up from the airport. Upon collection of my rental, there was an extremely rude and difficult customer in front of me. Kushi dealt with the situation very professionally.I got an upgrade to my car, and we had an amazing trip thanks to Aligo’s rental. Will use them again, and recommend them to anyone visiting Kelowna.

We rented a grey Nissan SUV and the car was extremely clean and in great condition. Chris provided us with excellent (and enthusiastic) customer service and went the extra-mile to ensure we had the correct insurance and airport pick up! We recommend this agency highly

Within 10 minutes of landing in Kelowna I recieved a call from Kushi confirming my reservation and shuttle. I had a few things to take care of in the airport before getting the rental so we agreed on a time about a half hour from then. He was there early and not pushing about getting us moving and very accommodating. The paperwork was where we had issues on my end with a new card but we're incredibly patient. We did a through walkthrough of the car before handing over the keys. Rental was great throughout our trip and upon returning it we did another walkthrough before driving us to the airport. Fantastic and accommodating staff, will be renting with Aligo again.

Hand down best rental place I’ve been. I’m from Ontario and I’ve had to deal with the big guys alot but this place is top notch customer service. They were able to accommodate me with my ever changing itinerary. They also provide Airport shuttle & they usually have cars available :)!Thank you!!

We rented at a very affordable price, way better than the big companies at the airport. Aligo provides free airport pickup and delivery, and are located just a 5 minute drive from the Kelowna terminal. Khushi, the manager, was friendly and efficient. The car was very clean, and a good model - a Soul with extra power. Very zippy and fun to drive, and very good on gas. We did find their Sunday hours a bit limited so be aware when booking and check their hours carefully. I think their hours may improve as people start to travel more, but as it stands right now you need to be there by 4 p.m. on a Sunday to do a pickup.

First ever car rental review. But Kushi is worth crowing about. Wow! Never had customer service from a car rental guy like that. White glove. 6 star. Truly above and beyond. Start to finish made the experience stress free and easy peasey. He’s a gem. Highly recommend.
