She was exceptionally thorough at reviewing my account and optimizing what I needed at the best cost. She went beyond normal duties in finding the phone that best suited my needs. If you are shopping at the Simcoe location make sure to ask for her!

The staff, specially Roland who assisted me, were very helpful. He knew exactly how to help me, was knowledgeable about the phones and the different specs between models, explained everything in detail when I was upgrading my plan, and even offered some tips on how to optimize my plan and my new phone.I am glad there is a store in Simcoe and I didn't have to drive further into Brantford or Hamilton.

Came in to upgrade my plan and was told I need to make an appointment. Made an appointment for a few days later. Selected the first time available, 11:00 am. Still waiting 30 minutes later.
