We order 189 cad $ food, paner masala half cooked, and food kept outside hotel door and best part half food was missing. And we could not call hotel as it was closed. We ask Delivery person he replied we are lucky hotel has left food outside hotel door.This is the servcie, this is food quality and half food order with full priceSo guys please becareful before ordering food from mefil restaurant Montreal branch.We thought let be what ever food and food quality we receive just finish and forget it but when my family saw the food quality and the price I paid they were shocked .

We were looking for a cultural experience and good indian cuisine and we really enjoyed! We liked also the music and ambiance that really made us feel in the culture and this is what we were looking for. Thank you so much and we will come back !!

I recently placed an online order with Mehfil in hopes of enjoying a delightful meal, but my experience left much to be desired. Regrettably, both the customer service and the taste of the food fell extremely short of my expectations.First and foremost, the customer service was subpar. The staff appeared disinterested and unresponsive, making it challenging to get their attention or receive timely assistance. The entire process, from placing the order to delivery, lacked the professionalism and attentiveness one would expect.Furthermore, the quality and taste of the food were disappointing. The flavors were bland, and the dishes lacked the freshness and appeal that I had hoped for. It was evident that the ingredients used were of inferior quality, and the overall presentation left much to be desired. The lack of care and attention given to the preparation of the menu items was apparent.To exacerbate matters, when I reached out to the restaurant to express my concerns, their response was indifferent and dismissive. They did not show any willingness to address the issues or make amends. This lack of responsiveness only deepened my disappointment and made me feel unheard as a customer.As someone who values a satisfying dining experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend ordering from [Restaurant Name] online. The combination of poor customer service and unappetizing food creates an unsatisfactory experience. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their service and food quality for future online orders.It is disheartening when a restaurant fails to meet the expectations of customers who are seeking a delicious and enjoyable meal, especially when ordering online.

We ordered more than 200$ and we didn’t receive most of the items in that, it’s ridiculous and on top of that they kept the food outside the restaurant just bcz they were closing. Can’t they wait for few minutes for driver to arrive?

Dal makhani we ordered was delicious, only down side was we ordered 2 and they only gave 1. I didn't check during pickup.I didn't call back as it was already 11 p.m., and they were closed, so my bad, i guess.I believe other items in the menu will be good too, judging from just dal makhani.

I recently had the chance to try out Mehfil restuarant in Laval with my wife and 2 kids. Nice ambience. Food was tasty , not too spicy or oily. Good portions.The fish pakora was crunchy on the outside but soft and moist on the inside. kids loved the mango lassi. all in all, good experience. its undoubtedly worthy of 5 star review. I will certainly recommend to my friends and family.
