We had a leak in our kitchen office sink and called Mr. Swirl for service. Harry was very professional and efficient, and we got our leak fixed in short order. He also completed a complementary inspection of our other plumbing fixtures, which was much appreciated. Harry did a great job and I would highly recommended Mr. Swiril for plumbing services in the Lower Mainland.

Another fantastic experience with Mr. Swirl. Booking my appointment was so easy and person I spoke with super friendly. Happy did the job at my place. Showed up early, very friendly, did the work quickly and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Mr. Swirl and will definitely use them again.

It’s a bit pricey (parts, labour) but who isn’t these days. Dripping shower head - 30 min of work later and shower head not dripping anymore. Definitely great communication from the company and very much on time! Great follow up + some room to re-negotiate the final bill.

Don’t use this . Very bad service. Come to my home twice. The problem not resolved. Late every time. Charge me $1079 for checking. Didn’t show me receipt. Plumber telling lies. Ask $2000 for just replace 2 valves, and these valves is no need to be replaced.

I called in the morning for a clogged drain and got an appointment for later the same day. As promised a tech was there on time. Jackie was thorough and efficient. He had a tight space to work in and got the job done. We are very happy. We will definitely use them again.

Called Mr. Swirl regarding a leaking faucet on a roman tub in my elderly parents bathroom. The faucet was old, making repair challenging. Upkar was dispatched and we discussed various options. We landed on trying to repair the faucet. Upkar was very polite and professional. He managed to find a suitable replacement cartridge, thus solving the problem. As I was visiting my parents from out of town, timeliness was critical in getting this done before my departure. I was extremely happy with Mr. Swirl's (and Upkar's) responsiveness to my issue and showing up at the agreed upon time slots. Thank you Upkar !!

I called regarding a clogged toilet and Rupinder was the technician sent to deal with the issue. He was prompt, courteous, professional and had the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. I will definitely not hesitate to use this company for any future plumbing needs. Also, I have to add that the lady who assisted me over the phone was professional, friendly and accommodating. 10/10 all around.

Had them replace my Hot Water Tank. The quality of work was bad and the customer service is worse. The pan under the tank was not aligned with the drain, so any leak will go directly into the apartment below. The electrical conduit was touching a copper pipe and the Temperature and Pressure hose. Most fittings and hoses not connect straight, looks like an amature did the install.Sent 2 emails and called twice and have heard nothing backUpdate July 9, 2023,they did eventually contact me and have resolved the issues. Only giving them 2 stars and the time it took and the overall experience.
