Riverside Ice Cream
Great experience, I went while visiting Chatham! The drive through experience was great and they have a separate gluten free menu that had a ton of options, unlike some places that only offer 1 or two GF flavours. Unfortunately I forgot to snap a pic but ask them and they’ll give it to you at the ordering counter! French vanilla and caramel caramel cup were delicious!

Riverside Ice Cream
We used to love going to this place for their great selection if icecream. Tonight we decided to have chocolate milkshakes instead. We were so very disappointed. The milkshakes were watery . It was more like drinking chocolate milk. But for$ 16.00 I expect better. Sorry Riverside, but we won't be back.

What can I say? Drive through ice-cream....... Wow! Just WOW! Walk up counter too.Staff extremely friendly, fast service, and reasonable prices. Incredible selection of flavours. Shaw is not always the best ice cream around though. It would be nice if they stocked the higher quality Kawartha Ice cream too.

Best ice cream shop ever!!! 80 flavors WOW!! Exceptional service. Feels like summer at the lake just being there. I live in Windsor but will definitely make the trip to go Riverside ice cream.

Wow so good! I had some apple one can't remember the name but it was amazing. My husband had the loaded peanut buttercup one of his saves. It was busy but service was still good. Will definitely be back.

Great ice cream and customer service. Great location. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is because the prices are insane. I paid $9 for a Hard" milkshake and it was like drinking milk. Tasted good but very liquidy and expensive."

Excellent ice cream and considering covid, the best service you could get. They even offered my chihuahua his own ice cream for free! Fantastic place and even serves ice cream via drive through! A true gem of the area! They serve Shaw's ice cream.

The ice cream is good, but unfortunately the service is awful! Blonde lady at the cash wasn't pleasant at all and didn't take the order properly! Thanks to her, will never come back to this place.
