A nice market, but lacking of authentic Asian foods.

Excellent prices, Co-op level of service, great staff. Choice between bulk buying or single items, save money on your regular shopping trip, much better than Costco. Nice selection of international foods at wholesale prices. Try it once and you will be back.

When asking for bags to be left at customer service politeness should be used and only 1associate otherwise it comes off as very rude. When I reacted I was asked to leave that's poor customer service I never have a problem leaving my bag. I left without issue and was laughed at when I said I would complain is this how coop treats customers now laugh at them once you have upset them I will tell this story to all that will hear me. Learn to treat ppl with respect

Moldy food on the shelves. Some food has no expiry date. Went to return the moldy pastries, the employee knew about the problem. But they still sell it.

Great store to shop at, however the management here needs a reality check, as they are disorganized, and wasted my time.

I always come and buy bulk purchases at TGP from Dry to Frozen , as well as for disposables.Today, I was terribly disappointed with my experience to the supervisor in charge. Tammy Mackinnon. Two weeks ago, I ordered cases of items, when my husband picked up last week, we discovered items they brought in were wrong.My husband phoned TGP regarding the wrong purchases that were given last week. He was informed that somebody will phone us if the items are already available.On Thursday, I received a phone call that my replacement were already ready for pick up.Today, I came but items were not there. They just took 8 pks on the display. I was very disappointed .Tammy approached me and she said she will give 50% off on all those remaining 8 pks of the items just to cover my gas. I thought , it was real. After the settlement of my receipt, as was checking outside, I was just given 50% off in 1 pack.I went to the store and approached her again and informed her that was my understanding, that she will give me 50% off all the 8pks of the items and not just 1 pack.Her answered was, “ I was just out of my mind when I told you that”! After that, she ignored me! I returned all my items I bought today and from last week!What an insane response of a managerial position!!!! I think she needs to get trained and be educated enough to handle customer concern.I was one of your regular customer since 2020 but will never ever go back to TGP again!!!

This is really neat and unique grocery store you can buy in bulk and no membership is required. This was my first time there and I saw quite a few selection of frozen fruits available in this store. Pretty impressive.

False advertising all around the store - signs say there’s a deal and when you try to claim it, they’ll tell you “that shouldn’t be there” and “that’s nothing”. Me and my store will no longer be buying our items at this place. I’d recommend yours do the same

Buy local support local. I like shopping here and it offers a much different experience than shopping at the large chains. If you like buying in bulk they have a great selection too. Very spacious and the walk in coolers are neat. Could use some in house baking selections and the check out staff could be more friendly.
