I tried this new place and was not impressed.Items are overpriced and also have small servings. Spending $16 on a bagel sandwich with a bagel that it 3/4 the size of a bagel you would get at Tims, McD's or Safeway is unimpressive.Most tables inside were too dirty to sit and wait at, and the takeout bag they gave me didn't have any napkins.

Really yummy bagels! But the staff is not friendly, most of them look like they hate life and don’t speak to you. Not to mention they forgot some of the ingredients on my bagel sandwich and only realized when I was at home. Very tasty though

I’ve gone here several times now and never had a bad experience. The bagels are always delicious and are well worth the price in my opinion. Personally my go to is Montreal Smoked Meat on an everything or spicy everything bagel but I‘be tried a number of different menu items and some monthly specials. Highly recommend.

Pay a premium price, get burnt bagels. Bought 1.5 dozen bagels today, drove all the way home to discover a bunch of them are burnt.If you want to charge premium prices, the product needs to be consistently premium quality.

We come here every single weekend (Sat & Sun) and every single weekend they are out of cinnamon bagels by 11am but have 5 million everything, sesame & plain. Just MAKE MORE cinnamon. It’s not a difficult concept.Not to mention every weekend they’re making more plain while I’m waiting. What?

I don’t understand, something must be going wrong for them to have this low rating.I’ve always wanted to try this place since bagel is my most favourite thing and they sure did not disappoint!!! Will definitely be going back.

If I could give it no stars I would. I went with my daughter a couple of weekends ago and told the person behind the counter it was our first time there and we were so excited. We were met with a blank stare and ZERO customer service. The bagels were overpriced, and underwhelming. We will not be back.

Visited the bagel shop for the first time recently. Not many sweet options, no gluten free, have some vegan options. They gave bagels and spreads to go. Overall it was ok, didn’t except anything special as I never tried Montreal bagels. Regular bagels to my taste, nothing special.Store is new, clean.
