She showed genuine support and care when it came to expediting our cremation request. She went above and beyond to provide extra copies of documents, and she checked in with us after the process was complete.

I recommend raincoast funeral service! Michelle was very helpful throughout the funeral arrangement experience and she is an excellent communicator. Everything went according to plan with no hiccups. The service provided by Raincoast was exactly what our family needed to say goodbye. The cost of service was also very reasonable and communicated clearly.

My interaction with the funeral services at Rain coast was memorable. It was first time I had ever seen or was offered the option of a decorated casket - on the inside of the casket. It was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. The staff dressed my Aunt in her desired clothing and created a garden inside the casket with silk flowers around her and an arbor above her head. She truly looked so beautiful; my only regret is that I didn’t take a picture of it.The staff walked me through the entire process of what was to be expected throughout the course of the funeral and was right by my side – literally. Rain coast services were available 24 hours a day, got back to me immediately and never kept me waiting.The staff gave me all the paperwork that I needed upfront so that the progression of her end of life went as smoothly as could be. There were a lot of choices to choose from for caskets, floral arrangements and additional services.Lastly, Rain coast had knowledgeable staff with a calm, patient and peaceful environment.I could not have fulfilled my Aunt’s wishes without the confidence that Rain coast provided me with.Thank you so much for all of your help, you have made a difficult time memorable with all the consideration and compassion that was extended to me.
