Saw their Bobcat working next door asked if he could do infront of our shop, refused payment an said he was happy to help, definitely would call for service very polite!

I was driving north on hwy 2 just north of Calgary this morning and the truck in front of me was driving erratically crossing into the other lanes. I passed this vehicle and saw your logos all over the side of it. As I passed I saw the driver texting with both hands on his phone. How was he steering? This was a 1 ton truck and posed a serious threat to others on the road. Very unprofessional!!

Working for them as a subcontractor this winter. Hoping for more work in the summer if i can handle it but good little orientation. Props to the guys running the app training and friendly front desk staff including the office manager

The way they communicate between the property management company (Celtic )and residents is pathetic residents are not all given notice when they are coming and half the parking lot gets left unattended and full of snow

I've done business with them and l have to say that l am very satisfied with the overall service provided ( very responsive, professional and good quality of work).Can't wait to hire them AGAIN!

Disorganized and unprofessional, complete lack of communication. Female employees make less then males. Don't work for this unprogressive company, there are better ones out there that will treat you right with the same respect.

Seasonal Impact LandscapersIf you are considering using this company be very cautious. Our site signed a three year contract and after approximately 8 months of very poor service Seasonal Impact resigned due to our concerns and not accepting their unprofessional substandard performance. They may have resigned due to the number of complaints from us, however every complaint was well earned. The following are some examples of our concerns regarding services which were fully paid for and not adequately completed:1) Claiming work such as garden bed weeding and pruning had been done when simple observations on-site confirmed it had not been completed, or only minimally completed. The approach appeared to be to say it would be completed or even had been completed, and then just not do the work. When we expressed concerns they were not delt with by the local Operations Manager and when we contacted ownership numerous times, we received no response from ownership. It was left to be our problem to deal with the local Operation Manager who would not adequately correct the concerns. The local Seasonal Impact Operations Manager took no accountability.2) Claiming lawn fertilizer and weed control had been applied when more and more weeds were continuing to grow on the property than had ever been observed in previous years of using other landscapers services.3) The weekly lawn cuts were completed but not to a high standard, with missing patches around the property and trimmings left spread across gardens and on top of the garden much. Very sloppy.4) Damaged a property sign by the snow removal equipment which was left in the damaged state for us to deal with.5) Failure to respond to multiple telephone calls and messages to owners. Rather than work with us to resolve our reported concerns as we were attempting to do, and improving their performance, Seasonal Impact made it our, the customer’s problem and they eventually gave their one month termination notice mid season. This actually was the best case for us as our property was deteriorating already and likely would have gotten much worse if this provider continued. Our new landscaping service provider is working diligently to correct the deterioration.6) As part of the contract an annual planting credit was included which was to be applied each year and our property board members were supposed to select the plants to be used each year. This season a second tier budget was also agreed in addition to the value of the annual credit, at additional costs. We requested an inventory of the plants Seasonal Impact were committing to use so our board could confirm the selection in relation to the final established budget. The Seasonal Impact Calgary Operations Manager refused to provide the final inventory as he said it was too much effort. In the end after the planting was completed the we understood clearly why. We had requested a combination of early season flowering and late season flowering perineal plants, to the value of the annual credits plus the final value of additional funds that were budgeted. After the planting and assessment by owners of the actual plants provided it was not believed we had receive the value of the the total budget (credits plus final additional budget funds) and the planting did not meet owners expectations. Many of the plants provided are non blooming tall grasses, very few flowering plants and not an acceptable combination of early and late flowering plants, as was requested. Our assessment was that we may have received the value of the extra final budget amount paid, with little to no value of what was to be the annual planting credit amount.We would not recommend this service provider.
