We recently purchased a house and had London Fog out to do a chimney sweep and inspection. Prior to the appointment, Brian had great communication and was quick to respond. On the day of service, Brian was on time and professional. He was very detailed in examining our chimney and explaining any concerns. Will definitely use London Fog again!

We had not used our gas fireplace since we moved in six years ago. The damper was jammed due to debris from wood burning prior to gas install. I called London Fog and talked to Brian. He was in between jobs and said he'd come to take a quick look. He was here within 20 minutes. Spent about 90 minutes. Cleaned the chimney, changed the damper and was on his way. He was very professional. There was no mess after he left. The cost was very reasonable. And, we now have a working and safe fireplace to enjoy for many years. I used London Fog to replace an aging disintegrating chimney crown. I could not be happier with the work that was performed at my house. They were able to fit me in their schedule much earlier than I had expected. The masonry crew protected my landscaping and were very respectful. Each member of the crew introduced himself to me. They found additional brick problems and took pictures of everything and took the time to explain everything I needed. They made everything right, the job looks great and when they were done they cleaned up after themselves. You could hardly tell they were there. They even washed my driveway of any cement dust. Very satisfied with their work.

Brian did a fabulous job on cleaning out our chimney! It was in desperate need of a cleaning after years of use and he got the job done. While he was here he inspected our bricks inside and out, checked to make sure the other equipment was working properly, and helped install a new set of fireplace doors. We have used this company a few times and we would definitely use it again in the future!

Appreciate Brian to the max.I called Brian after 9 pm in the night during the recent Ice storm in MI, when I lost power, home was reaching super cold temperatures and needed help with my fireplace. He picked up this late night call, listened to me and diagnosed the problem, even connected me to his Gas fireplace expert - who also was so receptive.This customer centric and helping attitude of a business owner only shows positive vibes and strengths - I would recommend Brian and London Fog to anyone who has a problem. We were having a furnace issue and it turned out to be a 4ft bird nest in our chimney. I called London Fog and instead of coming out and it costing us, he walked us through checking first to make sure there was an issue before he came out. My husband was able to clear out the nest and even though London Fog wasn’t getting any money from it, he still continued to respond and give advice until we were sure the situation was resolved!
