As part of the subsidy program, I had a sump pump installed in around 3 hours that was done in a very professional manner and they ensured everything was kept clean despite the digging and dirt removal.Ghezel support was extremely outstanding as she explained the whole subsidy and installation process, answered all questions, provided excellent support to ensure that reimbursement was done in remarkable time and also extended her support to post-installation with providing necessary information and manuals that supported me with Home Insurance.I highly recommend this company for the great end-to-end experience, honesty & professionalism.

Installation was clean and professional, took about four hours and was left cleaner than when they started. Explanations were great and was an incredibly comfortable experience, and the installation team on the ground was great.Has only been 3 weeks, so haven't got the reimbursement from the city yet, but will update this with my start to finish timeline once I have that in hand, even though that part is the city and not in the control of CSS.Edit: so, pump is now leaking, called the service number on their website a couple of days ago, and no response. Stand by my original 5 stars on the professionalism of the install team, but after they get the money, there is no after-serviceResponse; When I said I called, i meant I called - the service number on the website. Left a voicemail explaining the leaking check valve and the need to have it replaced, never asked for warranty, but requested a service call from the service department. This voicemail was not returned.My statement is factual, I called, left a message - it was not returned - my call logs back this up with an outgoing call which I will now screenshot based on a wild accusation of slander.

I was a bit skeptical with the city run sump pump subsidy program but was happy to see my reimbursement cheque covered the total cost right to the penny. The installation went in without an issue and was done in less than 4 hrs. All questions and/or concerns were promptly responded too. I would definitely recommend their team for your installation .

They were on time, efficient and the sump pump installation went exactly as planned. They also followed up to be sure I was satisfied and had been able to obtain the subsidy.
