Scary driver cutting in front of my car at last moment almost ended up hitting them

WARNING: If I could rate them less than one star I would. Me and multiple friends left things on our bus, (stuff happens when intoxicated), and it is impossible to get ahold of them afterwards. It has been 2 days and I still don't have my keys along with a few of my friends. I have left multiple messages and called nonstop with no luck. Very unprofessional business. Please look elsewhere.

They lack communication skills and are very unprofessional. Their website is not user friendly. It’s hard to navigate and none of the prices are online. So I had to call them to get the prices. You can only see the terms of agreement after you make your reservation and $100 deposit but then they disappear. I had to call them again to confirm the reservation and the price because there was no confirmation online. I also asked for confirmation in mail (which I never received), and they blamed it on the post office. I only had a look at the contract 5 minutes before getting on the bus and I never received a copy of it. Initially, they seem cheaper than the competition until you get to the cleaning fees. The vomit fee is $175 “minimum” meaning they charge you whatever they feel like. Yes we did have vomit in 2 spots next to each other and figured I would be charged the $175. They were very deceptive in that they charged me $175 for EACH SPOT of vomit. Watch out for the “excessive garbage” charge of $100. This is based on the drivers opinion of the bus at the end of the night. Our bus had a couple little scraps in it and garbage bags, that we brought, with garbage in them and they charged me for that. When telling them I never received my 2-1 vouchers and asking about the vomit charges, they said “being a nice person I charged you for just the $175 minimum”. So the bus itself was $460 but the cleanup of fees would have been $450 had they not forgotten my 2-1 vouchers. Not once did they own up to any of their mistakes, they just had excuses. For example, they told me: “Apologies that YOU feel like YOU received a semi unhappy experience with us.” Planning a bachelor party is stressful enough, it’s worse when the whole entire process of dealing with the company is a headache.

Very unsafe company, has a female driver with no experience that doesn't look where she is going. Jumped out in front of my truck from a side rode and never looked over. Take the taxi if you care about your safety. Update: They did not apologize they made excuses for their unqualified driver, as a professional driver who has been to multiple driving academies and driven over a million miles I can guarantee you this driver violated multiple rules of safety. The company did not apologize and defended their driver stating it was perfectly fine to pull out in front of a vehicle that was turning at the next driveway. I did not cut off their driver I did however almost impact the vehicle next to me in an attempt to avoid per vehicle. This driver is still on their payroll and able to continue her reckless habits.

I used Executive limo multiple times for party bus rentals and always had a great experience!
