They have an extensive list of locations/areas they serve on their website. I am located well within their listed locations but was told they don't operate in my area. Sloppy.

Very negative and financially abusing experience1. Normally is 110 plus taxes but given that was Saturday, they just asked for the double of the price.2. They took 1.5 hours and billed initially CAD 476.48, no matter that 50% of the work was done by a learner.3. They left areas dusted in the hall room, did not care about collecting the garbage and not even made the bed....apparently they just do EXACTLY what the client express what to do.4. someone please explain me how they came to this price?

My mother has her home cleaned by Molly maid. She is so excited to see the ladies weekly and get her home done. A great uplifting experience all around

A COMPLETE RIP OFF. We had hired them to do a one-time clean of the house. When we called and asked for a quote we were told it would take an hour to do the cleaning, however when the ladies came they said it had taken 2.5 hours to complete, which would have been fine had they done a good job. When we returned to the house there were cobwebs EVERYWHERE!!!! Not to mention that the floors were clearly not swept or mopped as we were told they would be. When we called about the complaint Ed they were completely uncooperative when we called about our complaints. We had pictures to show, which they didn’t even want to see, and took the side of the workers completely. We are now stuck paying twice as much for half the work we were promised, save your money and go somewhere else!!!

Teresa and Renee were great today. Friendly. Very thorough. Attention to detail. Great with my dog.

Mike the owner is a great guy and communicates well.

Cheryl and Beth did a great job today. They were friendly, efficient and thorough. I know it's been a tough week for everyone going through the transition of new ownership, so I especially wanted to send a bouquet to Mike and Courtney today!

Best service I have ever received, when having to reach out to the office I was in contact with both Courtney and Tyneil and they were so easy going and simple to work with, I couldn’t imagine going with any other company

The two ladies that came to my boyfriend’s house were very good.They cleaned the house very well.They were professional and polite.I would ask for them again.
