We have dealt with this store a lot in the past couple of days, I have not one bad thing to say about them. Every single person I talked to knew what they were saying and if they didn't know they always made sure I had the answer before I got off the phone. I am thankful for them for getting us we have wanted, a lot of places wouldn't have gone above and beyond to help out like they did. Thanks again guys so much! we love everything that you have helped us out with.

Store is ok, people are ok. You'll pay way to much if you don't pay off before the short time they offer as cash price. But they will take care of you if something needs fixing.

I have been jerked around with delivery by another furniture company for the past 2 months. I walked into Howell Rent-A-Center to get temporary furniture until I finally get my delivery from the other company. The manager was amazing and helped answer all of my questions. I literally had 2 couches delivered to my home within 30 minutes of walking out of the store. Wonderful experience. The drivers even beat me to my home. They were very kind and didn't seem at all inconvenienced by having to wait for me to arrive. I REALLY wish I would have purchased my furniture from Rent-A-Center instead of the company I did.
