I brought a pair of dress shoes in that I had worn deep into the heel of. The owner was very friendly, did same day repair for no added cost, and did a great job repairing the wood and replacing the rubber heel. Prices were reasonable.I would highly recommend

I had several of my boots fixed including boot widths and they always do amazing work! They clean uggs, makes them look brand new and they are super friendly. A great mom pop shop!

My experience with the store owner was amazing! My strap for my Kate Spade bag broke and I was worried I couldn't get it fixed. The end result was fantastic, I was blown away by how sturdy the strap now was and it blends in so well with other parts of the bag that you cannot even tell where the part broke off. Very very impressed and it only cost $10 + tax. I will definitely be a repeat customer!! Thank you!

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICE!I came to this store to cut a copy of my house keys based on great reviews, however, when I tried to pay, the machine kept declining my card, and while I was looking for cash, the lady started destroying the receipts. I asked her why is she doing that since I need a copy and the transactions weren't complete: she started yelling at me saying that the machine doesn't work and that I didn't get charged.I came home, and aside from the fact that the key was cut incorrectly, and I wasn't able to use it, I was also charged twice on my Debit Card on top of all.I tried to call them but surprisingly when I asked for a return they stopped understanding" English and dropped the phone on me. So please avoid this store!"

Not exceptional customer service. They advertise shoe dying; but, do not have a variety of colours. However, the workmanship was acceptable.

Brought in a pair of Allen Edmonds ankle cut Dalton boots.This guy restored them back to amazing shape! They look brand new. The sole under the toe had the most erosion as I walk toe heavy, He took time to restore the tip of the leather sole instead of an entire replacement. Which was a move that saved me money and prolonged the life of the shoe. Also added a new heel and used high quality stuff for only 45 dollars. This man knows his shoes and is very very skilled, he is the only I trust with all my Allen Edmonds.

Great service. we had a pair of boots dyed black. The finish was so good, I took another pair in for a colour change. This time, the leather had a factory sealant/shine on it and would not absorb the dye well. So he recommend we do not try it. He turned business away rather than do a poor job of it. Great service, over quick profit. I like the old guy.

I came here because of the great reviews. As soon as I arrived the lady was already in attack mode. I simply asked if my light brown suede ankle boots could be cleaned & she angrily responded ‘we don’t have that colour, that cannot be dyed!’ I was taken aback to say the least. I said I wanted it simply cleaned, could this be done. She said yes and charged me $35. This is steep in comparison to shoe repair/cleaning I have used downtown and is outstanding. (Now I plan to make sure I rate them well)Anyway, I thought I’d give Sheridan, Pickering a try to support local retail. It was a huge mistake!!! Outcome wasn’t near satisfactory. She made me pay upon drop off. Smart of her!!!I won’t be a repeat costumer!!!
