Jaclyn made my Wedding Hair dreams come true! I have virgin red hair (never been dyed), and somehow that lady managed to match my hair extensions to my natural colour flawlessly. I had wedding guests commenting on how long my hair was, and when I told them I had extensions in, they gobsmacked! My hairdo was comfortable, and held up throughout the entire day! Despite the extra weight from the extensions, I never felt discomfort at any moment. I wanted my hair to have loose curls, but also didn’t want it to look like it had too much product in it, or was too structured. It was perfect. Loose curls all day; I never had to do any touch ups. I showed her (2) similar but different inspo pics and she combined them perfectly.

I'm so glad that I switched salons 2 years ago. Everyone here is so kind and personable, especially Crystal when she answers the phone or greets me as I walk in. They always go above and beyond, like offering me water, coffee or tea, suggesting products that I personally would be interested in and always making sure I have my next appointment booked and that it works for me. Jaclyn was cutting my for over a year until she left on maternity leave and she always did a great job. Now I get my hair cut by Madison and she also always does a great job. She's also so fun to talk to. She makes every effort to be personable, even when she's feeling under the weather. I would recommend this salon to anyone!

I've been going here for years and have gone through a few hairdressers in that time but something I've always thought is that there is very attentive and experienced staff working here.Being a young man, of course, I want a very modern and stylish haircut and I have not left disappointed. Of course it depends on who you get but as long as you know what you want you will be matched up with the proper stylist for you.The atmosphere is very nice and clean which is always a plus.My biggest complaint... Is that it takes so long to get an appointment sometimes! But that's a good thing because you know that people are coming back because they are happy. (I also have a very busy schedule so I don't have a lot flexibility)Totally a 5 star place with 5 star people working there!

I have been seeing Jaclyn since I moved into the area (approx. 1 yr). She is AMAZING! I have not had a bad cut yet! She has great intuition. Last night I got my hair coloured, she helped me select a colour and in the end I picked the one she recommended. WOW its gorgeous. On top of that they have a great appointment system that sends me confirmation texts. The shop is very clean and modernly chic. Just be sure to book in advance! Great hairstylist book up ;)

Called to book an appointment with Jessica and was told she doesn’t work there anymore, and was given her number. I politely said she is still showing on the website, and said it should be updated. The secretary rudely snapped back and said “Ya well that is really not up to me so”, it would have been more professional to say thank you for letting me know, I’ll let my manger know? I was not asked if I wanted to book with anyone else, which I would have been open to. It was my first time booking and only picked Jessica from the reviews, it’s shocking that the secretary is just giving away business without even trying to book me with anyone else at salon. I never asked for Jessica’s number so I don’t know why her first thought was to give away business. Unfortunately due to the rude customer service I received on my first impression, I will not be booking an appointment here.

Hairformers has only been my go-to salon, since December '19, but has already wowed me from every aspect! From the jovial, friendly reception clients receive, to the incredibly beautiful work that each stylist puts in to their client's hair, I feel right at home whenever I sit down in the chair & prices are extremely comparable to other salons in the lower mainland, only with way better results than I've experienced elsewhere. Thank you for saving my hair, ladies!

Was recommended to hairformers by my previous hairdresser after she moved. I was booked in with Hailey and I'm just blown away, not only was Hailey friendly and easy to get along with, she does absolutely fabulous hair! Everyone needs Hailey as their hair dresser! I've found my new hairdresser and I couldn't be more pleased.

My kids had the pleasure of sitting in Marlees chair today. What an absolute gem. She was so great with my daughter and son. I was blown away by her skills and professionalism. We will definitely will be back! Thank you Marlee xo
