PSWs are rude. Terrible service. they don't follow instructions and are never on time....that is if they actually show up. No point in speaking to a supervisor as they typically do nothing.

This Milton Office does not answer the phone. Some of the PSW’s are worst as if they have received any training.

WORST IN STANDARD CARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! You might as well take care of your loved ones yourself.From the receptionist all the way down to the PSWs that show up at your house to take care of the elderly. There is no one to take your complaints seriously and the manager name Tania is by far one of the worst human being to voice your concerns to. Their staff is rude, aggressive and unprofessional. Many times i have to clean up the room after the PSWs leave. Here is the best part, YOU CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND THEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT AND GET AWAY WITH IT.

I’m the sister of my autistic brother and am sharing this on behalf of my mother and brother.This is highly unprofessional. You guys are supposed to relieve stress for caregivers but you only end up adding more stress with your false promises,constant excuses, miscommunications and mistakes. On top of that you leave people on hold for hours when they’re trying to call to get information about PSW services. The PSW workers are also not trained properly and not acting professionally. They never call to tell me that they are not coming and I have to constantly call and ask them where they are and sometimes they never pick up the phone and some PSW they are so rude with me and my autistic son and complain that they have lots of clients and won’t give him shower that is not right and highly unacceptable and irresponsible of you guys.Please no more lying and no more excuses and please start acting professionally

Extremely horrible organization. I wish I could give a zero star.There is never a live person you can talk to. The PSW rarely call ahead of time, don’t show up on time. Ontario government should set some minimum standards of customer service and patient care. ParaMed is just ripping off the taxpayers.

Can't guarantee times so what is the point? If you have an issue they happily tell you because you're poor you're lucky to get any service at all. Half the time the workers never show up and when they do they complain about our building's parking like we have any control over it. Reception is unhelpful and rude. Probably going to have to quit my job to look after my mother full time putting us in even more debt. Really grateful for the help" guys."

I had a partner working there and from what I’ve seen they need to fire the whole receptionist staff they never do their jobs or even competent enough to try to be helpful i would not recommend this place for your loved ones they need to do better

Paramed -Oakville - Application /Interview process - Patient Coordinator- NO Thanks!After passing the rigorous long (very long) assessment /testing they have you do to apply. They do a phone interview, offer you a job interview and demand references before the interview even commences, they proceed to ask over 20 scenario" questions each person interviewing you along with the usual questions afterwards and don't even have the common courtesy to advise you that you were not chosen for the position. I don't mind that they may have felt they found a better candidate for the position
