After 9 months of dealing with the Kia of Prince Albert (and kia Canada) I have a working vehicle. The fun part here is that it needed to be towed to Saskatoon where it was repaired. 2 trips to the shop later after initially picking up the car, I had both keys correctly programmed....The Saskatoon dealership and its staff have tried to be helpful but looking back on the last 9 months this is truly the worst customer experience I have encountered in my life.How can an automotive group be comfortable with this service level?

Bought a 25 grand vehicle from this place and drove it away, used it for a few days to notice a few things wrong! Leaky sunroof, bad hub bearing and a few little things. Contacted dealership rt away to let them know, no response right away till I started replying to their emails about bringing my vehicle back for any oil changes and whatever. So I take it back to show the salesman, he says hewill look after it! They call to book it in but want me to pay for service? What a wasteof time.

I honestly thought my problems with FFun Group were over earlier this year but I guess they are not. Staff does not call you back when you have a worry, I have been given only excuses to why nobody could phone me back to discuss my matters. One of their dealership lied to me, try to simply find a solution but I feel at FFun Group, nobody cares about the customer.

Update: They contacted me immediately after I posted this - thank you to the owner and senior management of FFUN for making this right. My vehicle is now fixed, and I was gifted a detailing. I was not required to drive to the dealership again, and was treated like they truly cared that I was a happy customer.It’s the same old story - older woman brings car in for repair, gets charged more than $1000 for repairs she didn’t ask for, and they didn’t fix the problem. I trusted them on the work they said I needed done (as I have for the past five years), and waited for the part they said they didn’t have to come in. Two months later, I figured the part should be in even with supply chain issues. Reception didn’t answer six calls, so I drove to see them, and discovered my file had been closed and they never ordered the part. The service manager said he would ensure the part was ordered, and said four to five days. Offered me a free detailing to make up for the trouble. 16 days later (trying to be patient), I tried calling again and finally drove out to their super fancy shop AGAIN when no one would answer the phone. The SM said the part had been there for the past 13 days, and it was on the parts department to have called me. And now they couldn’t find the part. He offered to make an appointment, but I said I wasn’t driving my car home again until it was fixed. I asked for a loaner car and said they could call me when they found the part and had fixed my car (a quick hour-long job, they had assured me). How am I supposed to trust them they’ll find the part and have it ready for my appointment?? The SM said they were out of loaners - all had gone to people who needed engines replaced. So, in other words, fixing the mistake they had made twice didn’t matter, because I had already paid my $1200. Not happy - won’t be returning. Love my Hyundai, hate the service.

I got a Minivan from Ffun cars and it was a fabulous experience. Bradley helped me from Day1 as I was precisely looking for a 8 seater, he kept me posted, gave me various options, finally I got a used car better than what I had expected. Thanks a lot Bradley and Kailey.

NIGHTMARE!!! Do not be bamboozled by the high-end facade the FFUN-owned Genesis dealership hides behind. The level of service is below sub-par and echoes what many other FFUN customers have reported from their own terrible experiences. I received my 2023 GV70 in June and immediately noticed a few glitches. After MULTIPLE visits and being told the techs “couldn’t replicate the issue” I gave them one last shot to repair. When I picked up my vehicle it had MULTIPLE scratches and a greasy film on the exterior that were NOT there prior to drop off AND the issue had not been resolved again, as promised it had been. First new vehicle I have ever owned and have never regretted a purchase more. Run far away from any and all FFUN dealerships. Let my horror be your helping hand to make a better decision than I did.

Absolute terrible. My final price somehow ended up being an extra 10k. The agreed upon interest rate somehow doubled. When we called to talk about it we were literally called stupid and belittled the entire time. They were extremely unorganized and even had people signing the wrong contracts. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT FFUN!
