Such a lovely place to get any spa service! I've been for a few different treatments, all different estheticians, but all equally fantastic. Also they always recommend just the right products (which is a hard task when you have just met someone once) and carry really high quality stuff - all my favourites have come from here. Special shout out to Emily for the best facial ever!!

I had a facial done with Katie. She was absolutely amazing and accommodating. I have an allergy to coconut and she was very careful to choose products that would work for my skin. I highly recommend Kiyo to anyone considering doing a day spa experience in Nanaimo!

Pampered from start to finish it was a treat. I walked in and was asked if I wanted a tea and it was brought to me right away. And Jaeden did a wonderful job of trimming my hair to exactly what I wished to see. Thanks everyone!

Love day at this place. They very kindly was able to move things around so that I could have a few treatments.I had my first ever pedicure and was extremely happy as well as a Signature HydraFacial which was every informative. I bought a few product and was extremely happy with the service from my beautician. Not sure if I can say the names in the review but she had years of experience and was able to recommend products best for my skin 10 stars if I could! Thanks

Lovely staff and a beautiful spa!I got sugared here and it was a great experience. Emily did my legs and Katie did my Brazilian and it turned out so great! I’m very impressed. Next time I visit I’ll be sure to head back.

Ive never wrote a bad review in my life, and I feel vaguely uncomfortable doing so. That being said, I feel I have to warn people. I get hydra facials on a regular basis. So I decided to come book one here while I was on the island… i paid for the deluxe facial for 280 + tax.It was brutal, the room was cold. It was 20 min faster then on the website. There was zero facial massaging just a suction lymphatic massage and some rushed cleansing.The whole thing felt very rushed as if I was annoying her by taking up her time.The location and ambiance was pleasant and the hair salon looked very professional. The woman at the desk was quite nice, and maybe the aesthetician was just having an off day. All in all I am currently feeling pretty ripped off
