Scot is fantastic! He inspected a log home for me and knew everything there was to know. He was thorough, detailed, patient with my questions, encouraged questions, and his report was easy to understand. The report also included pictures which was GREAT when discussing issues with the former home owners and will be perfect for when getting things repaired. I can't say enough. I was elated with Scot's service, prompt communications, demeanor and his level of expertise. I would not hesitate about Scot if you need a home inspector. Thank you Scot!

I cant say good enough things about Scott. He did a fantastic job with our house inspection. Any questions we had he took the time to answer, any time we needed more information he was happy to talk to us over the phone, on his own personal time. Can not say enough about the level of service Scott brings! When we first purchased our cottage last year, our Agent highly recommended Scott to inspect our property prior to purchasing. He was extremely detailed and that is exactly what you would expect when purchasing a property, it definitely reduced the stress.
