I have been shopping here for many years and had nothing but wonderful experiences. Because I am transgender, I have run into problems with other stores/chains but never here. The staff have gone out of their way to serve and advise me from bra fittings to fine lingerie and swimwear.

Just visited and made purchases at this location. I want to give kudos to the wonderful customer service I received from Mary and then Brittany. Both were very welcoming, friendly, positive, attentive, and down to earth, and I immediately felt very comfortable receiving their help and suggestions. This was a very positive experience for me, and I will return to this location for their help with other purchases in the future. Thank you both!

A lovely young lady assisted me this morning at the Wellington road London store.. I am pretty sure she was training as she went to her co worker to get more information. She made sure she knew where to find what I was looking for, and assisted me until I was finished. ^5242080 thank you SO much for the help, and the giggles :)

I'm a little late writing this but I've jusy gotta make sure that this review gets heard! I personally cannot thank la Vie en Rose for having an amazing lady...Brittany I believe she said helping people build a leisure wear wardrobe. I came in the store to buy pjs feeling so sad from current illnesses and with her assistance, I was physically able to try on bras, pj's, nighty's, lounging clothes that were so soft it amazed me. I couldn't have shopped to the degree that I did without her help...it was like having my own disable assist shopper. Thank-you Brittany for changing my sad day into an awesome shopping adventure. I had so much fun buying new bras with a proper fitting and matching panties, 3 types of night gowns house coat, bottoms and all my knit lamma loungers. I'll be back and I tell all friends who to see in London at La Vie en Rose

Super friendly, helpful staff. Store is lovely and clean. There's a nice balance of great sale items and new stuff that's more seasonal in nature. I like the consistency in their sizing.

I was in need of a new swim suit so I can attend aquasize classes. I had never thought of going to a place like La Vie en Rose until it popped up on google. I seen that the company carried swimwear made from recycled product. That's something very important to me and decided they needed my business. I had in mind what I wanted to buy from looking online, but wanted to go to the store to try them on. I'm glad I did. I had no idea what would work or look good on me. The location had a steady stream of people. That did not stop the ladies from keeping safety measures in place or keeping up with us customers. They all did it with a pleasant smile on their faces. Thank you for being so kind and helpful with me today. I was hoping for a suit that didn't look bad on me, but I walked out with a suit that looks great on me!

I think this place has some great sales at times and their products are beautiful. Unfortunately, I find I do not get the experience you hope you would from a lingerie store. Shopping for bras can be really discouraging but getting ignored by staff members is even worse. I think if the staff were more attentive it would be a better experience.
