I was very impressed by the professional quality of the service performed and the reasonable price charged. Cindy was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all our questions and explained the whole process to us. Thank you, Cindy!

Not a huge selection for some of the items, but high quality choices and excellent staff who assisted me the entire time. I was treated like royalty or as if I was a celebrity. One lady helped me shop around the entire time, try on watches, and had some great suggestions for me and excellent knowledge on the products. Very polite and had great conversations with the staff. Even after purchasing a new watch, some rings and a bracelet, I still browsed around because it was an enjoyable place to be, and was still assisted even though it was clear that I was done shopping. The shop was very clean and safe and right after leaving (with no customers left in the store) I could see the same lady cleaning the handles and window glass on the doors right away. Highly recommended this place.

We went here years ago with my sibling and the customer service was amazing. My fiancee and I came in here before getting engaged to get sized. His plan was to buy a ring eventually and support locally. I suppose we weren't dressed our best after both just coming off work (physical labour workers) and the woman did not give us the time of day. We asked to be sized and I put my finger out and she loudly asks for what?" and I respond "...an engagement ring...". She says "you're a size 5" without even measuring me. I told her I believed I was bigger and she just didn't even look in my direction. The customer service was extremely rude. This does not reflect the owner

Customer service is just horrible. And this is from the owners. I honestly don't know how they get repeat business if they treat customers the way they treated my mother. She went in to have a backing put on a watch. She picked it up and got home to find out they bent the pin so the time can't be adjusted. A bit frustrated, she returned to have them fix the damage they caused spending more time and gas and they don't admit to damaging it and apologize for the inconvenience. After they fix" the watch a second time

I love this place! Every time I’m in town I make an effort to stop in and treat myself. They have designed so many of the pieces I wear everyday and get compliments for constantly. They are simple the best at what they do!

Stopped in to get the Mrs. a Christmas gift and decided to treat myself as well. I always wanted a Cuban link. Friendly staff made me feel welcome and I knew I was getting my money’s worth.

Fantastic and knowledgeable staff. I purchased my custom wedding band here. From start to finish it was a breeze with Prestige. Designing the ring, sizing, execution; just everything was seamless and perfect. I am beyond ecstatic with my custom engagement ring. The owners at Prestige walked my husband through the entire design process and the ring is so beautifully intricate. When it came to helping us design our wedding bands, we sat down and designed both rings and they turned out exactly the way we wanted. We also got some lovely jewellry for both our moms as presents for the wedding. Everyone at the store was patient, friendly and accommodating to our needs .We will definately continue to go back.
