Took my Jeep in for service because of a loud noise coming from the front end and they were able to diagnose and repair the cause of the howling" coming from my vehicle. One thing that really impressed me was how detailed the diagnosis was and all the pictures showing exactly what needed attention and why. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back for service when the time comes again. Thank you again."

Still a great business. Came back for more work and honestly this place has been amazing. Truly people who are dedicated to looking after you over just taking your money. Imo that says a lot. Super rad folks who are super chill and kind. Would recommend to everyone.

Kinetic Auto Service couldn't fix my car. Normally that would be cause for a bad review, but this is a good review.The problem with my car is a tricky one that the dealership didn't even try to diagnose, let alone fix. Mike and the team at Kinetic meanwhile worked extremely hard trying to get to the root of the problem. Mike communicated with me clearly and respectfully the entire time, and when Kinetic ultimately couldn't get to the root of the issue, they went the extra mile and helped me with the next step, even communicating with the specialized mechanic it went to next.All in all, I'm really impressed with and grateful for the work ethic and customer of service of Kinetic Auto Service. Next time my vehicle needs service, I'll be starting at Kinetic.

Great shop to have in town. I was able to get an appointment scheduled in no time. Vehicle inspection was very thorough and definitely gives you piece of mind. Shop is very proficient in communicating and making the experience as stream-lined and hassle free as possible. I really enjoy the online diagnostic link they send which has a write up of everything that was done/needs to be done along with providing pictures of any items that are in need of repair.Keep up the great work.

Both on the phone and in person, the staff I spoke with were very thorough in their explanations of what was happening with my car and what they recommended doing. They answered all my questions and as a result, I felt very comfortable leaving my car repairs in their hands. AND, they completed the repairs sooner than I expected! I would DEFINITELY take my car to them for repairs again, if necessary!

We have been taking all of our business and personal vehicles to Kinetic Auto for years and have we have never been disappointed in their service. From clear communication and prompt service to their friendly nature all of the staff are wonderful to deal with. If you are looking for a place that cuts corners or gives you a “deal” on poor work then you might want to look elsewhere. However, if you are looking for a mechanic shop that does things right the first time, every time then this is your place! There are only two businesses in the world that I completely trust 100 percent and Kinetic is one of them.

The crew at Kinetic Auto were very helpful and had my car out of the shop quickly on both repairs I had recently. They did a thorough inspection and gave me an overview of what was urgent or could be deferred and the approximate costs of future repairs.
