Awesome service and Shabina Dean is great and I have total trust in her and H&R block for doing my taxes, I would highly recommend to friends and family plus to whom ever is reading this review!Thank you Shabina, making tax time so easy for me: )

Lee Wong is amazing here if your going to do your taxes I would recommend asking for her !

I am very disappointed in the services is here. I filed my taxes with them on April 29th 2021 and never received a notice of assessment from CRA up until June. So when I called in June they said that my taxes were never filed!! When I called H&R block they couldn't give me a reason as to why my taxes weren't filed and the lady that answered kept talking over me and was being absolutely condescending. They re-filed on June 17th and assured me I'd get my GST and child tax on time. I never received my GST on July 5th I am so angry, us low income people need our money.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with employees from this H&R Block. Genuinely recommend this location.

Shabina is an excellent accountant. She is well spoken in English A+ for those who need clear and concise communications. She showed a superior understanding of Final Taxes for deceased persons, which was important to us since we recently lost a parent. Shabina was fast, thorough and efficient yet professional and friendly. My common-law spouse and I were extremely pleased with the coherent communication and very happy with Shabina's high level of knowledge, skill set and experience. Her very pleasant manner put us at ease. Shabina provides top notch service and we recommend her to everyone seeking great communications and superior knowledge in tax preparations for personal filing and final tax filing for deceased persons.Thank you Shabina

Cindy went above and beyond to help me with everything. I loved the service and can't appreciate cindys help enoughAlso wanted to add I came in to H&R to file this years taxes, and Lee Wong, one of the tax experts was a literally angel, one of the sweetest, most informative people I've ever met, the price was a bit too much tbh (for a student) but genuinely loved her support and positive vibes.

Came in twice to get my taxes done. First I was quoted $200 which I had to think on. 2nd time I came back I was told I would be charged $400, over two times the previous quote. This branch tried to take advantage of me so I will be getting my taxes done elsewhere for $150.

Lee Wong should be commended for her excellent customer service, knowledge, empathy and, friendliness. I always had horrible experiences with a tax agent until today when I met her. Thank you Lee for all you help!
