I had carpet from Allan’s Rugs installed on our staircase.Because the carpet was not really flexible it was challenging to install.Dan the installer was pleasant, professional and cleaned up really well after he was done.We’re very happy with the results .We love the new carpet.

Allan Rug was excellent. Natasha helped me select a beautiful wool carpet for our basement. I was in a bit of a rush as our basement had to be partially demoed right before I had family visiting for holidays. Natasha was able to offer a number of options that were already in stock, and she was amazingly able to schedule the install just three days before Christmas. The install crew was great. They were able to move around some of the bigger furniture that was unable to be relocated, they worked quickly, and they did a great job. I absolutely love how it looks. I highly recommend Allan Rug Co.

We had the best experience and result with Allan Rugs. We needed a very fast turnaround time and a high quality product and install within a few days. We worked with David Martucci at the store, and Steven was our installer... unbelievable guys. We literally picked our runner and had it installed within 4 days. Highly, highly recommend.

Alan Rug did a superb job installing sisal on my stairs just weeks ago .The installation crew was courteous,skilled and very knowledgeable about the quirksOf this floor covering . Alan Rug exceeded my expectations by booking the installation quickly and my salesperson (coincidentally named Alan also ) was on tip of the job from the get go. He patiently handled allMy concerns and I shall hesitatingly return to Alan Rug for my next home beautification project !

We LOVED our experience with. Allan Rug. First off, Natasha was THE BEST. She was patient while I asked a million questions about runners, gave fantastic design advice, and was efficient. She answered all emails very promptly. I would recommend going to her if you have any carpet or runner needs at all, she is so knowledgeable and friendly. The measurer and installer were professional, friendly and got the job done perfectly. I honestly will not go anywhere else from here on in for my carpet/rug/runner needs! Thank you Natasha and the whole team!

I highly recommend this store. Natasha was incredibly patient and took the time to show me several options for an area rug I needed for my bedroom. She was honest and very helpful, providing me with a wide variety of price points to choose from. In the end, I went with a custom rug made from broadloom. Thanks for the suggestion Natasha! I haven’t even received the rug yet (just ordered it a couple days ago) but I felt the need to give a review of Natasha’s excellent service. I will update the review when the rug is delivered. Thanks again Natasha!
