Red Arrow Red Deer Ticket Office

I've been to two of Red Arrow's offices, one in Downtown Calgary and here in Red Deer, AB. My experience here in Red Deer office was great! Bending machine with ton of useful stuff for casual and frequent travelers (please see pictures) also whenever I called the 1-800 number I thought it was going to be a hassle but no! Callcenter people answer quickly, are very helpful providing info regarding departures from any Alberta station and habdle exact same pricing as any physical ticket office. Red Arrow Red Deer ticket office was extremely clean, lady that got me the ticket was super nice too! Smooth quick and easy transaction. Thanks!

Red Arrow is my favourite option for regional trips within the province. It's a little or a lot more expensive than some competitors depending on the date booked but it is worth it. Even if Greyhound came back to Alberta there is no way I'd go back to them after trying Red Arrow

Strongly recommend traveling with ebus. Great prices.

Cozy and professional. I have travelled with red arrow more then 5 times now and each time it is an enjoyable trip. Kind staff. Complementary snacks and drinks (when available I assume) and a nice clean bus with comfortable seats.

I travel lots with Red Arrow and E-Bus, but every time in red deer the native lady is always so rude to everyone. Other then that no complaints.

Just like any other only to access the location, you gotta walk directly through the main lobby of the hotel and down the adjacent hallway. It's different but does the job just fine.

Bus showed up 30 minutes late and started moving before I had a chance to sit down.Passengers put their personal effects on adjacent seats so it's impossible to figure which seats are vacant or not. Spent two hours sitting half in the aisle with someones elbow in my ribs.Bus driver disinterested and unhelpful. Followed up the Karens at customer service" - Cathy Yetman - who was equally unhelpful and was quick to put the blame on me for my experience.I would recommend the ebus if you are looking to have a third world experience at home in Alberta. Don't expect any accountability or follow up from the brainless management staff - they will be quick to inform you that the ebus is their "economical coach line" and that anything goes as far as customer experience.If you have a choice

Been coming onto the Red Arrow bus since 2017 for when ever I am planning to travel down to Calgary for my weekend get away. I must say the station here is nice and clean, the staff was super nice, and the vending machines were spot on full in case to those need a snack or a nice drink from time to time. So I am looking forward each time I go on a road trip, I will use Red Arrow to get to my destinations on there neat busses. The driver was good and funny to boot from time to time. The seats are comfy and cozy and and plenty of room for me to relax me feet when walking a lot. So bottom line, great service and I say keep up the good work and looking forward to book a road trip in the near future ^^

A nice ticket office with seating for waiting passengers with vending machines, washrooms. Located inside a hotel. Also a rest stop for passengers between Calgary and Edmonton (10 minutes) Also serves EBus.
