Crocs at Vaughan Mills

Christmas Eve I was in the store for the second time to exchange (strap broken) a gift my daughters purchased for my birthday back in November. Sadly to say the store didn’t have the same tan colour I wanted again. Short story - after much difficulty and persistence the strap was fixed. This happy customer purchased 3 more pairs at a great deal! Thanks Crocs Vaughn Mills for giving exceptional service.

I am a newbie to Crocs. I've never owned a pair and recently got hooked on them. I ordered my first pairs online, my regular size. Which when delivered was to small and the men's I ordered for my husband was to big. We had to go in-store to do the returns/exchanges. When we got there we had a bit of an issue with the exchanges. I was a bit disappointed because I didn't want to walk away empty handed. However thank you to Shawn the store manager he was able to help me. Shawn is the perfect example of what customer service should be. I appreciate his help and understanding and thanks to the friendly assistant I was able to purchase multiple pairs. Great customer service will be the reason I return to this store thanks to his staff as well.

This crocs location had so many colour choices I felt like I was in heaven! I walked away with 5 pairs and couldn’t be happier. The staff are very friendly and helpful so definitely 5 stars from me!

I didn't have a good experience with the cashier Sky Bailey I purchased a promotion 2 x2 if they have a red tag I took 8 items of charms ALL with the red tags and the cashier took off the red tags and said couple weren't in the promotion for what I said she shouldn't do that if they had a red tag she should respect the promotion she was very rude. I understand someone made a mistake but she should handle the situation better I changed my products and said I'll be writing about that for what she answer YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT. I don't feel is the way should speak to a client specially because I even changed the charms to her like.

Tom was absolute Amazing. He helped with my two pairs I was looking for and was able to find them. Super friendly, super nice and efficient. And funny too!! Loved his service.

Always good choices of products. They limit the number of people in the store to make sure everyone has enough space to shop effortlessly. Their customer service was really good too. They help u without being asked.

Went to the Vaughan Mills crocs store on Saturday had a great experience. Bought my 23rd pair of crocs. Great employees one employee that stood out was Shawn. He had a great attitude and showed us all the best deals. Overall the store was stocked nicely. Had lots to choose from and had affordable prices. We will definitely be going back there and getting my 24th pair. WORTH THE DRIVE
