After paying for the treated woods, on the way out to my jeep, Rayan saw us, and he approached us and offered to help us loaded the treated woods into our jeep. He even secured the treated woods with rope.Great customer service!Thank you Rayan for helping us on June 23, 2023!

Prices are competitive and the staffs are polite. Their electrical department has everything you need to wire a house from start to finish. I really like their garden centre. It's big, has a large selection of plants and has a nice nature feeling when you're there. They also have a good selection of seeds if you want to grow your own fruits and vegetables. They have a huge selection of tools good for all kinds of work.

Very bad customer care.. I went to buy pantry cabinets on last Tuesday and lady over there in the pantry pantry cabinet section told she will design the things for me and let me know about the plan by 3 days. Now it is already 5 days and no any reply. So I called her back and she told it is not yet ready and she will let in done in future date...Horrible to hear that ... If she can not do why told me that she will do in 3 days... then no any feed back until I called. Even after I called she have forgotten what she was agree edbefore...

Normally pretty happy with this store. Today they decide to change to area where you load large and lumber purchases. For the 20 years previous, pull in make purchase, load and leave. Now closed to just loading. Have to park, go in make purchase, ask for permission to load, go get vehicle, pull into loading area, load then leave. Brilliant decision, Lowe’s doesn’t require a stupid process to by lumber. Thanks for saving me time. Lowe’s is 5 from house.

Tools are fantastic, great prices, very affordable van rental. Windows and doors specialist in millworks is incredibly smart and knows products, plus listens to customer needs and provides realistic options. Overall service and staff are top shelf.

The Skyview Store Manager Roseanne is extremely rude, incompetent and unprofessional. She refuses to answer questions or take accountability for customer service and product delivery issues. She is unable to perform her job and needs to be dealt with appropriately. What kind of a store manager refuses to answer questions and sort through issues with service. A formal complaint will be filed with the Home Depot Head Office. She needs a major attitude adjustment and needs to learn the fundamentals of customer service, and that she is not to become angry with a customer about something that is the fault of her store. Take responsibility and own it Roseanne, and don’t blame the customer! Customers have every right to expect you to listen to their complaint and answer some questions. If you can’t handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. Your attitude and behavior are unacceptable, and customers don’t have to put up with you.
