I am so glad there is now an alternate garage specialising in Tesla vehicles as my Model S is now out of warranty. This new facillity is manned by four former (and verifiably top-tier) Tesla service techs and managers. They are very approachable - I called and emailed to set the stage then booked the appointment on their site. They are in the same neighborhood as the Tesla parts warehouse and in 48 hours, Sean and his team had repaired and recharged my A/C which is crucial to keeping the battery cool while Supercharging. Their rates are lower than Tesla's and in my case there was no diagnostic charge which seems to be standard with dealerships these days. I will be doing my summer tire swap and balance there next. They said that if I had a Model 3 or Y they could customize it to make it stand out.

Factor E just opened up and they are a post warranty Tesla EV and non EV service shop. About to set up into a full service and parts model shop. Has four service bays. Had my tires rotated here and had immediate and friendly service from their team of EV experts. Very good location and prime business for all of your future EV needs. The staff are very knowledgeable about Tesla. Come by for a visit as they are currently doing a promotion on tire rotation.

I'm not a Tesla owner; I own an internal combustion engine car. I've been experiencing some vibration issues with my vehicle for a while now. I attempted a few troubleshooting steps on my own, but they didn't solve the problem. That's when I stumbled upon Factor E and decided to reach out for assistance, and I must say, I was blown away by their service. I am extremely pleased with their professional approach and their genuine effort to assist from a customer's perspective. I highly recommend this automotive shop not only to Tesla owners but also to those who own regular internal combustion engine vehicles. You won't be disappointed.

These guys know their Tesla's!! Absolutely first class, they took great care of my model 3 and this is the only shop I'm taking my car too. Good folks there!!! I highly recommend if you are out of warranty and need service.

dropped my 2014 Model S off because of a creaking and squeaking sounds from the front suspensions. Sean and Alvin took the time to investigate and explain to me what is wrong with the car. Great communication and Customer service, will recommend Factor E to my friends and Family.
