I have been a client of Elgin Animal Hospital for both the rescue I work for and for my personal animals. I am thrilled to say that the level of care provided exceeds expectations. Dr. House, Dr. Must, Dr. Salvati & Dr. Campigotto are knowledgeable, honest & kind individuals, that have always gone above & beyond to provide the best quality vet care. The clinic staff are wonderful & the animals are so relaxed in their care. I would never consider going anywhere else.

I always get the best care when I bring Rigsby to this clinic. Dr. Must and Dr. House have been treating Rigsby for 7 years now since he was a puppy and I have complete trust in them. We moved away from St.Thomas a few years ago but I would not even think of taking him anywhere else! Rigsby enjoys the visits too!Also a big thank you to the staff at Elgin Hospital. I always receive such friendly and professional service!

The staff are all so kind, empathetic and helpful with supporting my many questions about my pets’ health and wellness. I feel confident and at ease when my pets require various procedures to for their well being. Yesterday my sister’s older dog had a stroke and his quality of life was gone. They called their vet in Aylmer to have their dog Coco put down as nothing could be done. The staff said that they were too busy and couldn’t schedule an appointment. I immediately called Elgin Animal Hospital and explained what happened and if they could possibly help out. An appointment was immediately scheduled for Coco. My sister’s family were so grateful and touched with the kindness of all staff during Coco’s last moments. I can’t thank everyone enough for their care, kindness and dedication to our furry family members.

I was in need of a new vet after moving to town. I received a recommendation to call Elgin Animal Hospital. The receptionist was friendly & I had no isssues getting registered as a new client. My expectations were exceeded with the quality of care from the moment I stepped foot through the door. The technicians were kind, soft spoken & always smiling. I came in contact with Elgin Animal Hospital through fostering with Animal Aide. Since then I have switched all of my animals into their care. The care my animals receive is absolutely amazing. The environment is very welcoming and they provide the best possible care for your animals. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic if you are looking for one.

The Veterinary staff here is amazing! After a very difficult loss, they were extremely kind, supportive and knowledgeable. I definitely appreciated the card and sincere wishes sent by the staff. I won't take my cats any where else!

We brought our sick cat in today for an examination because he's been vomiting for almost 2 days. The vet was a complete nightmare. Rude to my wife and not very reassuring with my daughter who was clearly upset. Begin throwing attitude because my wife declined x-rays (for now). Let's just say we'll be going to Aylmer going forward. On a lighter note, the vets assistant was very kind and comforting. Use discretion going here

Luna and I always feel welcome. Luna may shake a bit as we enter but quickly calms once she get a little snuggle from her vet; she loves her vets and techs. Great vet clinic and when I had emergencies their staff was always helpful to me and my dog Grizzly. As a person who works as a K9 professional I highly recommend this clinic for all your K9 medical needs and care. Keep up the great work, we appreciate your front desk staff and vets!

This is a Wonderful Clinic. They help you right away if ever an Emergency, explain everything fully to you about the care that is needed. So Very helpful and answer all your questions. Definitely a place to Bring your Pet.
