I am shocked at the level of unprofessional!!! It is -30 degrees outside and they failed to show up to fix my heating. I called at 10am this morning to heat my heat furnace fixed. They said they would arrive between 4-5pm. At around 5:30pm I text several times to see if they were still coming or not, no response. I also tried calling and never got an answer. It is currently 9 degrees in my house, I can deal with the cold, but there are also 2 senior citizens in their 80’s that have to now endure this. Absolutely furious at this point, there are no excuses for this!

We got our whole house's Poly B plumbing changed into Pex. They were quick, professional and very good value for money! They are accommodating and work around your schedule to minimize any disruption. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are not professional at all. I had hired them to replace water tank in my house but then to find out there is another leak after repair. Took multiple calls and 5 weeks to finally get him to come back to repair.They don’t know anything about customer service, very rude, Very poor skills and I would recommend to find someone else for your work.
