Awesome studio! I love the fact that the gym is clean!!! Management is very friendly and motivating to achieve your workout goals. As I work in Barrie it’s great that I can work out at the studio on my way home. Love the look and new machines. I have been taking the group classes on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays and they’ve been amazing!!! I have seen the change in 3 weeks. The HIT training shows results!!!

Fantastic location. Spotless. New equipment. Super Friendly. Joined with my husband who have not worked out in 30 years, Fatima pushed and motivated us and the results in just few weeks are incredible. It is my home gym since it is so close to home. Thank you Fatima for all what you do to keeps on track!!!
