It is sad that there is no 24hr call Centre when you have an issue to report. Area has no power and no one to talk to about what happened and or get information. Nothing posted online. This is very disappointing. They say they provide the best service but this is not providing service.

Can you please turn up the message recorder or fix the extremely low volume on you answering system. There are customers with hearing impairments that are struggling to hear what 300 numbers to push to speak to a customer service rep. No complaint on them, never had an issue, always polite and helpful.

This company threatened to turn off our power without the legally required 14 day shut off notice over a small overage fee. When we called the company the next day the staff was rude and hung up on us. Don't let this company shake you down with their greed.

their online customer service is very slow. I have been waiting for 4 days now to have a reply. I am away from town . Waiting 2 weeks to have my concern resolved is just not how business is done in Canada. online service should be faster than phone service!

There is a power outage and emergency service like electricity no one is there to answer the call and their number kept on repeating IVRs. Very poor customer experience since this has happened 2nd time in raw in last 2 months.

Public utility office - you only visit when you most certainly have to! I haven’t had any bad experiences so far. Staff is courteous (in-person and on the phone). Recently interacted on the phone and online regarding new account setup and cancellation of old one. Just had a 10 min wait on the phone followed by prompt service via online form and email.

I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES NO ONE IS ANSWERING CALL. ALSO I VISITED TO GET MY BILLS BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE BILLS BUT I GOT NOTICE TO disconnect my service but how should i pat bills if i dont have printed bills in my hand?

Encounter number 2. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. Been a customer for 10 years. Never missed a payment. Transferred to a new address the agent that set it up said my $150 deposit was waved. I get my first bill and there it is. Slapped with a $300+ bill. The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I have EVER delt with. TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND REVIEW YOUR POLICY'S Enova.Encounter number 1. Called in to transfer an account into my name and the customer support was rude. She said, don't trust bad reviews on the internet. IMAGINE LOL - what a joke. Train your staff.

Hydro keeps going out. When you call the outages line and ask what is going on, you get hung up on.... UNACCEPTABLE!!! We pay WAY too much for our service to be so unreliable and for your customer service to be so terrible.
