I got super works and and the car wash didnot wash my car properly i showed to the attendant and he refused to give me rewash he offered me basic carwash instead of superworks that does not make any sense he didn’t help me at all worst place to go

There should be provision for “zero” start or minus rating. Worst customer service. Manager(Amandeep(she/her)) at Sunday, 25th June, 2023, at 11:15 pm was giving base less answers upon asking for help for petro canada car wash application didn’t work. She straight away told to call customer care, and customer care is working for 8:00am to 8:00 pm(ET) only. Her name was Amandeep, even when we ask for name they only provide with first name. She sound rude to me, may be I was use to with soft words. Manger of petro canada should look into matter.

I'm a regular at Petro-Canada. This particular station has a terrible car wash. I asked for a free wash, which the attendant gave without any fuss. However, it was exactly the same like round one - didn't make any difference:- there was soap streaming down on both sides- dead bug marks didn't get washed whatsoever- my windshield remained dirtyAvoid the wash here.

Worst customer service. I understand their system is not working but in that situa Instead of being polite they behave very rude, specially the lady name AMAN, also when I asked for full name she did not even gave me her full name.

Car wash didn't clean my car well, dead bugs all over the windshield, even though I had the car wash card they wouldn't issue me a new ticket to go through again. Kept saying come back in the morning to talk to the manager. Terrible customer service, go to a different location if you have the card. They don't care if you paid for a service and didn't receive it.

Worst customer service. My car got stuck at the car wash and I was in panic. I called the helpline and the lady was very rude over the phone. Later when I somehow managed to get the car out I went inside to request as my car had soap all over it. The same lady at the cashier was extremely rude and had so much of attitude. She was yelling and telling me that it’s your problem if your car got stuck. I wish I could give negative stars. I stopped going to that location since then. Sunday Oct 30th at around 8:30 pm.

I am only giving one star in order to be able to post this review. Today, June 11/2022 at 18:15pm the worse customer service I have ever experienced. The lady at the cashier she was rude and very unprofessional. Im pretty easy to get long with but her rudness was absolutely unbelievable. Will never return to give my business to this location.

Good place for quick gas filling. Staff are good people and great in customer service. Car wash doesn't cleans the car up to the mark. It leaves some strains.Update :Recently the car washer has broken my car number plate frame and side mirror. Back side of the car is not getting proper wash. If you ask the staff they will issue a rewash.
