We ordered a bouquet for a friend, and the bouquet looked nothing like the picture! We paid extra to get premium and there was nothing added. The picture was false representation from what was delivered. VERY disappointed for the price paid!!!

Paid 20 extra for premium for a total of 75 + delivery + taxes for a total of 110Got a very basic grocery-store bouquetOwner initially blamed covid for missing flowers, then Valentine's day for having too many orders, then finally said the bouquet I received is actually double the size vs what I purchased....no comment. Won't be buying flowers here again.

I ordered flowers for my mom yesterday at 1:00 pm. I called in the afternoon to find out if they would be delivered that day and I was told that they would arrive the next morning. I was a little disappointed but not the end of the world. My mom texted me at 8:30 pm and they had gone out of their way to deliver them!! They are gorgeous and affordable! I was thrilled.Thank you!

Nice and timely flowers, horrible service and order platform.I placed an order online but never got 1-confirmation, 2-detail of price, 3-invoice. I only got a reference number to appear. In fact I had to called just to make sure it was really booked.Couple days later I got the credit card statement for a very different amount. I called them to ask why and why I was never shown the actual amount.My phone experience with them convinced me to write this poor review.I don’t mind paying high delivery fees and I will spare you the details of our conversation, but basically they blame me for unsubscribing from their marketing email list, which explains why I can’t know how much the flowers will cost.You can apologize for a faulty web platform, thank a customer for pointing it out, but blaming him is poor judgement.Thank you for the flowers

Manage to not deliver the order for Valentine day... Wife was really happy with that!

If I'm able to give it 0 star I would've not hesitated! I ordered the Premium" version of the bouquet shown in the picture on the website. So I paid an 10$ extra for this version to have it more filled than what is already shown on the picture. I paid an extra 5$ for the birthday balloons. So my total with tax was 99$. What I got is not even worth a 40$ bouquet! Even the person that I gotted for thought it was a rouffly 40-45$ bouquet! I mean what I shame!!!"
