I bought 3 poutines at the drive thru and after I got home my kids showed me the poutine.There was only 1/3 of the poutine in the box, so after I called the shift manager, Sarah and she blamed the previous shift manager, Tak. I’m not concerned about the money but I’m quite concerned about my kids dinner. I hope McDonald’s head office will take appropriate care and help to avoid this kind of issue in the future

Food was good, however, front line staff need training on food handling! The cashier took my order and then proceeded to fill the paper bag with my order. He then touched his face and rubbing his nose, and then proceeded to pack the food in the bag + touch the spoon for my ice cream sundae with his bare hands. I was watching him carefully and we made eye contact (i had a feeling he saw me watching this occur and we made awkward eye contact). There was no apology or anything - just handed the order and off I went. Went home and enjoyed the food but carefully removed the wrapper and had the ice cream with my own spoon at home. I probably won’t come back to this Mcd’s location. Please train your staff properly and be more vigilant.

I ate a veal sandwich it tasted very delicious, and the prices reasonable. The sandwich had two large slices of meat. This is the place I like to eat the most.

Food was good and the staff was nice. Not alot of seating with backs other than the one part of the restaurant which was packed. Other side was barely occupied. Long tables were a good party idea but not ideal for an everyday crowd. Arrived during a lunch rush, so cleanliness was not fully upto par. Not a bad experience overall.

We used the drive-thru after my kids track practice and the service was efficient. The food was fresh and my kids were happy to have a meal made fresh.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, with no pickle, and no onion, through the app. As I got the order I could not check it because I was driving home. There was pickle and onion on it, and the sticker that comes on top of the box to indicate the burger was made right wasn't even there. This is the second issue I've had with McDonald's - first issue was at the Liverpool & Hwy 2 location, across from the Pickering Town Centre. McDonald's contact us form keeps returning error messages when I try to submit a complaint.

No issues with the food but it sounds so rude and cheap for an international brand like McDonald’s to mention about seating for a maximum of 30 minutes at Manager’s discretion. There used to be times when people go to coffee shops and work or spend time on laptop for hours. Brands like Starbucks has got it’s own reputation and they will never do that. I understand we have to keep seating areas available for everyone but that doesn’t mean mentioning something which sounds so rude and unprofessional. It’s nothing personal as I never spend even 10 minutes at coffee shops. Also I saw a message stating that the place is being video recorded and they are keeping an eye for people spending more than 30 minutes. Every place has a camera but the wordings are not right. I am sure McDonald’s will never do this, it’s the local store who would have done this.

Large decaf was half empty. Waited 10 mins for decaf which came less than warm. Garbage was not cleaned for entire day and is overflowing. You guys need to go to high customers flowing area and see how the service is.

For late night cravings you can't go wrong. Friendly staff, accurate orders and fast service. My main complaint is too much salt on the fries.
