Today was another bad experience with who ever the receptionist was at 6pm -Jan 17, 2023. First of all she wasmaking people wait out for a while. When it was our turn to go in, we were not greeted expect a loud shout as she was walking away to place our Health card on the desk. It was so unpleasant. I tried to tell her we there just to get the stitches out from a week ago. It was for my daughter. She just snapped back and continued to fill the form. When I told her the nurse last week said not to wait and to just walk in to get the stitches out, she did not bother to listen and replied in a rude manor thst ee should wait outside. I responded we are not waiting and walked out. This place needs to have a talk with her or get her better training when dealing with patients. As I was walking out I heard another patient waiting in line saying ' I hate this place'. Last week we had such a great reception from the other receptionist. They need to have her and not the one from that was there today.

Went today to this clinic, staff were nice but Dr. Y Hussai was horrible, I was in car accident and told her about my consistent pain and she didn’t believe and questioning why I still have pain when I already had two week off work, give no care or compassion at all. Look down on me and have her hands on both her hips when I ask her nicely and saying please to be specific on my injury as I will not get paid by work. In the end she didn’t specify and I still don’t get paid from work for the time I lost. The worst Dr. I’ve ever seen no compassion or care to patients only wants to move on to the next.Waited 2.5 hours and only see me for 5 mins.

Dr. Kamara shouldn’t be “practicing” medicine at all. I used quotations because she’s proven time after time she cannot do her job. She wouldn’t take my spouses mental health concerns seriously and left him to suffer for almost over a year before letting him start medication. You’d think some who studied to become a doctor would want to help people, but she’s ruining lives, instead of saving them.

Just had the most unpleasant, disappointed visit , I went to this clinic for few times, all the doctors and receptionist were extremely nice except for today , this 'so called manager' at reception was giving me hard time on getting last dose of vaccination and even yelled to me GO WAIT IN THE HALL" when I'm trying to gave her my health card so she can see my records in this clinic. So after she confirmed with doctor that they can do injection for vaccination

I have been coming to this clinic for years and in the last 2 years the service was declining, nevertheless because I live 2 min away I kept coming till today. Beware of the receptionist called Erin - like other reviewers have mentioned she is rude, horrible customer service, condescending, no manners, and she kept gesturing at me as if I don’t understand what she was saying. First she made me wait for 10 min while I was standing in front of her - she didn’t look up, didn’t say hi, she stood from her chair a few times, shuffled some papers and sat back, went outside, came back - zero attention to me standing right in front of her window. Then she said she can’t register my daughter until she sees her, and I have explained that I have done this multiple times when I bring the health card to register and my daughter is two min away, so I don’t have to make her wait with fever for hours in the lobby. She YELLED at me and said she can’t register until she sees my daughter, I asked if this was some kind of rule that was explained maybe in their documents. Then Dr May who was a physician on duty to my surprise YELLED at me as well and said ‘we don’t do that anymore’ - wow, bravo Dr May and Erin whatever your position is, I definitely will never come to this Center again. It’s unfortunate but for the best - I went to the Palms medical centre which is just a few min away, and honestly the doctor and the receptionist there were fabulous, HIGHLY recommend! And to the management of Speers Walk in clinic - please pay attention to who you hire and how they treat people, and those who can’t work with people should not be there dealing with patients.

Very irresponsible staff!I went for a blood check up and ended up with first-aids today as they were being irresponsible. Even for my husband they did the same as earlier, we kept quite though. they simply put the cannula in and take out for some reason. For me they did that 3 times and my hand was swollen and reddish at the end. Clinician- Swetha tried to take blood for the third time saying, I forgot to take one more tube full of blood, so need to put up the cannula again. When I kindly requested to be responsible enough for the next time they said ‘’ it’s a human error and everybody does mistakes.’’Also the clinician who was front in charge came and said that she could fill up another tube balancing with the taken blood samples. This way, Can not trust their shortcut methods and results too.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE!!

I brought my two young children to the clinic for an appointment that included some routine vaccinations. Erin, the nurse manager was responsible for our care for this visit and she was incredibly patient, and kind. She truly went above and beyond to ease my young daughter's anxiety and distress, by engaging both my daughter and her older brother in each other’s care (choosing bandaids, holding the cleaning swab packages). It was such a small thing, but it made them feel important and involved. The appointment was so efficiently handled, my husband and I are very grateful for the care our children received!!

I had been a member of the doctors office that serves this clinic since I was born 27 years and I have never never felt more disgusted towards how health care is being conducted. After waiting 40mins which I was told how long it would be they had only seen one patient… then to be told it’ll be at least another hour and if I don’t like it I can go to the hospital and wait 8 hours. They have really lowered the standards of healthcare. I will be contacting management and discussing the lack of bedside manner or both the nurse and receptionist.

I’ve been to this clinic many times however today I went in because I needed a blood test to follow up on a medication I am taking. Family doctor was away and I booked the day off and waiting 2 hours which I’m fine with.I had a mask on, but I did not “pinch” the bridge because I just had surgery and she was giving me attitude about this.I saw Dr. HAWA KAMARA and she was the rudest doctor I’ve ever encountered she denied me care, and said I don’t need to do tests unless she thinks I do and I should go see my family doctor as the walk in clinic is only if you need urgent care and that I am waiting her time and the governments money by coming to the walk in clinic.I told her I would be reporting this to CPSO and she ended up giving me the lab req to confirm my liver enzymes are stable. On the lab req she wrote that I need to pay and that I don’t have OHIP.This doctor doesn’t want to diagnose patients and only wants to see people that have a broken leg or need urgent medical attention.

I called this clinic as last resource for this bad cough I got which keeps me up at night for 3 days. It was a Sunday, most places are closed. Not this one. Also Most clinics turn you away and would only do phone appointment if you have cold/ cough. Not this one. Easy to get through on phone, reception was clear and straight forward. Waiting time was most reasonable. Dr Boyal was so professional and empathetic, checked me thoroughly, explained to me what the cause is and what she’ll prescribe me. Also given me two different prescriptions just in case one didn’t work. Overwhelmed by such positive experience during this post Covid time
