This place is horrible for any customers off the street....bought LED tape lights not knowing they weren't dimmable and explained I was using them on a dimmer switch before I bought. When I hooked them up and they didn't dim and was too late. They refused to take back the lights because the package was open.....now I know why people go to big box stores for their return policies....conteactors may like this place but buyers beware

Been to this place 3 times amd been disappointed every time. Basically they have some products they sell to some customers and don't really seem interested in having more customers. Or more products for that manner. They have a counter but the counter staff expects you to have the part numbers and if they don't have it they really aren't willing to look for or get it whatever it is for you. I have to build the stuff I make, I shouldn't have to do their job too... TES across town was more that willing to get my business and it was so simple, it took her 10 minutes to get a list of part numbers and it'll all be at my shop tomorrow.. I'm writing this because I now see that the parts I was looking for could have come from another Hudco location
